Place an order and it never got delivered at the estimated delivery date, my order was placed on hold because of my name, reviewed that with DHL, but did not receive my order. I’m hoping they refund my money because the item is a total waste, I really needed the item for a wedding as the bridesmaid.

Not even one star. No item. No refund.
Not even one star I am thinking this site is not legitimate and is a scam. I bought a JW Anderson bag and it's not with me 4 weeks later. Generic, basic and bot like customer service messages saying being looked into but no actual progress at all. Called DHL myself they had more to say than this retailer. Starting to think its a scam do not buy on this site. As a Head of digital managing sites myself I have no choice but to put an dispute via my bank. If don't want money to disappear don't buy here.
