Weird refunds and no welcome discount
I'll start at the beginning: the welcome discount apparently only applies to expensive items, as it didn't apply to my cart at all. 150 euros is not that much for the company, I understand.
Then the order was simply canceled because the items were the last ones in stock and they were defective. None of the items on the website are labeled as last in stock at that.
I ended up letting someone use my money and was left without items.

Item arrived and it was totally damaged…
Item arrived and it was totally damaged - looked like water damage/rust.
Had to raise am email case as it was a faulty item, rather than arranging a return online. Then once I was able to get the return scheduled, they initially refunded me LESS than I had paid for the item originally - £44 instead of £60. I had to chase to try and get it resolved, which it now is - but overall so much admin for a poor quality item!

Worst international shipping experience
I recently purchased a bag from this site and it was supposed to ship to india with all the custom taxes and all other charges paid as mentioned in the faq section, but it was not! I’m now being additionally charged over $100 for a bag that I bought for $175. I have contacted their customer support over this but I’m not getting any response from them.
Please do not buy from this site if you’re looking for a hassle free cheaper option!
Update: After several back and forth emails, they have agreed to refund me the customs charges. Do keep in mind that they didn’t agree to cover these charges at first and I had to demand them for it a couple of times.

I received my order today
I received my order today. Concerned boots may be fake as don’t have the correct markings. Never received an Invoice to do return. Emailed 3 times, no response. A satisfactory result for me would be a response so I can return and get my refund. I have noticed none of the comments criticising this company received a response but all the comments of recommendation did, this isn’t consistent and all comments should receive a response. Hopefully I will.

Bad experience all around
Not only did I receive the wrong order, I asked multiple times if I could get the correct order mailed to me at the price I paid. Was told I had to return for refund (still charged shipping for mistake by you) and then order the same pair again but at increased price. Tried reaching out again for clarity and nobody replied. Unacceptable and won’t use again.

I love this website, they usually have good offers and the fidelity programme is great. Also delivery is fast. I managed to get my Jacquemus Bob for 23 euros including delivery! Only because I had purchased a couple other things some time ago.
