Good experience and recommended
Website and ordering process easy to navigate, great communication and fast despatch of items. Whole process from start to finish was speedy (2-3 days). The only thing that let it down was the delivery company as they delivered a little later in the day than they originally said and communication regarding this was a little slow. All items are of excellent quality.

Though Evri misdelivered I can't fault the response of Monsoon for response speed, helpfulness and speed of refund. 4 stars, only because I would like an easier option to see/select different delivery carriers (and no difference in cost).

Product choice and quality
Monsoon had a greater selection of children's dressing gowns that I was looking for. And from purchasing online through to collection at a local store, was a seamless process.
I would recommend the quality of product too.

We can confirm the item in your order has been marked on your order as 'Unable to Fulfil' and therefore cancelled. An email advising you of this was sent at the time of cancellation.
We are truly sorry for any disappointment caused by this and this only occurs when our team are picking items for orders to be shipped.
Therefore, your cancellation notice will occur when and if other items are being shipped to you. Sadly, until shipped no online order is 100% guaranteed hence why payment is not physically taken from the customer until despatch, these funds are ring fenced by your bank and held by them.
The item was most likely confirmed as in stock at the time, however during the packing process we have found this item to be unavailable. It is a common process which can occur with any online retailer and tends to be more common during busier sale period due to the high volume of orders being placed.
As this item has not been dispatched, as mentioned, rest assured you have not been fully charged as we only charge upon despatch, therefore any pending funds held by your bank will be cancelled and will revert back to your original method of payment within 10 working days (this will not show as a refund). Please note this timeframe is dependant on your banks policies and beyond our control as we’re not holding the funds. This is also stated on your cancellation email.

Green dress with lace & sequins
One dress a beautiful Lacey topped with pleated skirt was in excellent condition which you would expect with the tag on to say Do not remove. The other dress however didn't have that tag and was folded up in a clear bag, when I tried it on the arm pits smelt like it had been worn could smell body odor very strongly. This was a disappointment and will be getting returned today.

The two dresses I ordered online are beautiful, fit perfectly and I love them.
I feel lucky to have found them (literally) because the Click and Collect service at The Trafford Centre in Manchester is as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike!
The website is still offering collection from the Trafford store but it has closed down and the website doesn’t mention that.
Contrary to what Monsoon says, there was no alternative store named as a collection point on their website or in the email they sent me. The unit number given as a collection address is an opticians.
I noticed a new branch of Accessorize, which used to be next to and connected to the Monsoon store. Purely because I knew they usually trade together I went in on the off-chance and asked where Monsoon had gone. I was told click and collect orders from Monsoon are to be collected from Accessorize and my package was there. It would have been helpful for Monsoon to mention this. It doesn’t help that at the Trafford Centre the numbers displayed on the shopfronts are obsolete and the relevant numbers are not displayed at all. Retailers know of this change, but customers don’t so it’s impossible to find anywhere using a unit number alone. Monsoon, please sort out your chaotic click and collect information! I got my lovely dresses but only because I wandered into Accessorize in desperation after walking two miles looking for a store that isn’t there anymore!

The parcel did arrive on time as predicted by the courier. It was nicely packed.
I was sent the wrong item so had to pack it up and arrange for it to be returned. A pity as I have always had very good service from Monsoon in the past.
Once it was in the "Returns system", Monsoon acknowledged it and said they would get in touch when it had reached their return hub.
