Please be aware that our delivery timeframe at this time is 2-4 working days for standard delivery and 1 working day for next day delivery, delivery does not include weekends or bank holidays (orders placed at the weekend will be processed on a Monday and delivered on a Tuesday).

Excellent and professional service
I went to the shop this afternoon to collect my order. I was unsure whether I needed a smaller jacket, but two members of staff patiently helped me check the fit and reassured me that I had the right size.
Although it was nearly closing time, they did not rush me and made sure that I left happy with my purchase. They were extremely patient, helpful and professional. Thank you both for the excellent service!

I won’t be ordering any more from Monsoon.
I ordered click and collect and tried the item on when I got to the shop as it was well over an hour round trip to the store. I found the item wasn’t a good fit and therefore wanted to return it.
The shop assistant (who had handed me the collection item) then asked me to show her a particular email in order to process the return. I told her I’m not very tech savvy and don’t ‘do’ emails on my phone. I was told this was the only way to proceed. After a while we managed to get into my emails and spent time going through, until we finally found the one she wanted.
I was then told I coudn't do the return in the shop as I’d paid some of my order using Paypal (£3.00 of a £19.00 order!). Ridiculous as I had the item in my hand, in the store I was returning it to!
I was told they woudnt accept the return, so I left annoyed having travelled so far to be a customer I would have at least appreciated some Customer Service!
As my custom isn’t valued and I don’t appear to deserve any service I shall make sure I don’t shop there in future - Thanks to the Altrincham Branch I will definitely not inconvenience you by spending any money with you in the future!

We appreciate that it may have been frustrating to travel to store and then be unable to complete your return. However, the team were correct in advising you that we are unable to process in-store refunds for orders paid for using PayPal. As outlined in our returns policy, PayPal purchases must be returned to our warehouse for a refund.
We also operate a paperless returns service, which means that your despatch email is required as proof of purchase when returning an online order. When placing a Click & Collect order, we also offer a number of alternative delivery options. If a Click & Collect store is too far to travel to, you can choose to have your order delivered directly to your home or workplace, or select a more convenient Evri Parcel Shop or Locker. This means you are not required to travel a significant distance to collect an order.
For returns, we also provide multiple free options through Evri and Royal Mail, including a home collection service, so you do not need to make another journey to store to return the item.
With regard to the service you received, if you feel that the member of staff was rude or that you were treated inappropriately at any point, please provide us with further details of what was said or what occurred. We would be happy to review this aspect of your experience separately with the store.
We appreciate your disappointment, but we hope the above clarifies that the requirements you were given regarding your return were in line with our published returns process.
