I loved the photos of this blouse - cool & comfy for this summer heat. Great price reduction in sale. Lovely detail on sleeves with 2 sets of tucks, edged with picot lace. Only a size 10 was available (last one) and although I take a 12, it is a loose pattern and I'm willing to cut out chocolate biscuits for an even better fit!

You provided free postage when I had to return the item when it was unsuitable. Thank you for the refund.

I bought some clothes a few months ago. They have added me to the mailing list and email me every single day, sometimes up to three times. I do not understand why they think hounding me every single day is going to make me want to buy more clothes from them, it has now put me off for life. The unsubscribe button does not work and I do not have an account with them, there is no other way to unsubscribe I can see and no one to email. I have filtered to spam, but my folder is literally entirely Monsoon emails. Multiple emails every single day. Please talk to your marketing department, surely you cannot be so desperate for sales. Shame because some nice clothes but bizarre strategy.

All ok with order and delivery. I feel that Monsoon is expensive for what the material is. I do like the jumpsuit I bought but probably won't pay full price again for anything from Monsoon.

Monsoon has always provided high quality items. I have been purchasing dresses from them for many years, and they never disappoint. The sizing is always accurate, and although colours can sometimes appear slightly different in online images, I have found that most of the clothes I have ordered are true to the colours shown.

I selected a very pretty green going out top.used my rewards also and had free delivery within a couple of days. All good thanks

I went to the shop this afternoon to collect my order. I was unsure whether I needed a smaller jacket, but two members of staff patiently helped me check the fit and reassured me that I had the right size.
