The device is ok. To improve the buzzer volume cause sometimes it’s not audible. Other thing, it would be great to charge the credit card one time per month.

Waiting 2 months for refund!
On 19th March 2025 I put 10 Euro on the app for parking in Italy . On 27th March I requested a refund because I hadn't used their app during my vacation in Italy. Over the past 2 months they requested my bank details for the refund (which I first supplied on 27th March).
It's been 2 months now since I requested a refund and still nothing! Dreadful service!

Device not working properly
Often the device does not work properly and I end up either needing to solve the payment later on myself (more complex than taking the ticket) or taking the ticket.
