I orderd a brake line for my 2014 Ram

I orderd a brake line for my 2014 Ram, I paid more money to have it shipped faster. When I got the thankyou email with the shipping confirmation they said it would take 1 or two more days possible longer to receive it, which brought right back to the longer/cheaper shipping date. (Oh well, I need the part). Two weeks go by and no shipping/tracking info. I call four times left messages to call, nothing. So I call again, while I was waiting to be connected, I pushed 0. Finally I get someone in parts. He says I’m in luck the part in there and he’ll tell the online parts store I called and to ship it. The very next day I get an email telling me the part is on back order and not available to ship for maybe over a month. So I cancelled my order and they are returning my money. Left me hanging for two weeks! Unacceptable! It was known before I ordered it that it was back ordered and they led me to believe I’d get it in two weeks! Never order from then again!

Do not use!

Review by Anonymous User I ordered a part and got the wrong part. After the final day of their 30 day return I finally called to get a shipping label. I spoke with Joe, a RMA parts Manager. He was incredibly rude, refused to discuss how mopar is at fault and hung up on me right before threatening me to negate my return at all. I would highly suggest not using these folks. I had terrible experience buying from…

I had terrible experience buying from Mopar. I ordered the touch-up paint that they advertise on their website.

The picture and description of the touch-up paint that they state on their website are completely untrue from what I received, they sent me a completely different paint. They sent me the old touch-up paint design, thin as a regular pen, without an additional clear coating. And on their website they advertise a completely different the touch-up paint design is all-in-1 tool for all your touch-up repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat vehicles. The tool features an abrasive prep tip, exact-color match paint, and clear coat).

My touch-up paint what they sent me was without a clear coat. Nick the seller tried to convince me that this is a new paint that is already diluted with a clear coating.

But the clear coat layer must be applied only after the main painting and cannot be mixing with paint together during the painting. Scammers

Not honoring oil change price after purchasing the plan

I recently purchased an Essential Care Plan from Mopar.com, which includes two oil changes at any dealership. However, when I tried to book an appointment at J Star and another dealership, they told me I would have to pay an additional $40 per oil change. When I contacted Mopar, they stated that dealerships may have different rates and couldn't help me. I raised the point that I provided my VIN when purchasing the plan based on which you suggested the plan specific to my vehicle, so they should be well aware of the vehicle's requirements. Despite selling the plan directly on their website, they were not ready to honor their rates.

Mopar was useless in dealing with the…

Mopar was useless in dealing with the Jeep dealership that I repeatedly took my vehicle to for the repair of the same thing. I also had to pay a higher deductible because the second time, less than four months later, the a/c blower went out again. But now I have to use the extended warranty, which had a higher deductible. The jeep dealership, MacHaik in Ridgeland nor Mopar assumed any responsibility for the failed a/c.

Mopar now wants me to buy an extended…

Mopar now wants me to buy an extended warranty when they would not replace a steering stabilizer bar ( 2 dealers) because factory said it had to have more slack than what it did. Bought a better grade aftermarket for $10 more, stopped Al shimming. Why would I buy anything extended when you set the bar so high so you don't have to warranty within your 36,000 mole warranty? If be even dumber to buy from you people. R. W. Price ps, sure won't buy from Carlock jeep st tupelo, Ms. They will lie and tell you never been wrecked, not the one I drive now, and claim they can't find Carfax but will mail it , never do, then want to charge for front end alignment day after I bought it, took it to another dealer, said too much damage to frame. Did they offer to trade for something else, sure allowing me $10,000 less than what I have 2 days before. 'Good'peope to trade with
beat anybody's price by $500 or give you $5000. Never happen. This was about may 2021 on a 21 Mojave and I complained and no one listened, I'm done with Carlock and no more jeeps.

Worst customer service and most…

Worst customer service and most unresponsible and unprofessional employees that have no clue of what’s going on. Been waiting for a refund check for my total vehicle since October 2023. We are now in March 2024. They did finally send me a check and they stopped it for no apparent reason. I’ve been having to call them over 35 times since, they totaled my car on October 26, 2023 to get my check. The customer service and the representatives have no clue what day of the week it is never mind what year it is. There is no professionalism and no common sense four year-old daughter daughter has more sensibility and understanding than the people that answer the phone at customer service. It is pathetic that Chrysler Jeep Mopar allows this to go on a multi billion dollar company. You guys are pathetic and letting these people run your company and be so unprofessional is very sad because I love my jeeps.

Is a 0 rating possible???

If I could give it a 0, I would. I cancelled my extended warranty 2 weeks after I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It took me a year and over 15 phone calls to get my money back! Every excuse was given.
“Sent it to wrong address at Stellantis,” who is my loan company. Stellantis OWNS the MOPAR company!
“A supervisor would call me.” Never happened.
“Check would have to be re-issued.”
“It has been sent.” Wrong!
Finally, I was told it had been sent but it could take 15 business days for me to receive. What…by Pony Express!?!? It took the FULL 15 business days.
I will never buy from Chrysler, Jeep, MOPAR again.
And..don’t ever let anyone set up a loan with Stellantis!

Minor emergency

Minor emergency. Windshield wipers just cut out. I don't need a tow, but I can't drive in this weather. I am just a few meters from a Canadian Tire open on a Sunday. The dealership doesn't open until Monday. Dealing with Canadian Tire will solve the issue while calling Mopar just resulted in expensive barriers. I paid over $3600 for this protection for 5 years. As a result, I have learned I can't trust the only dealership group in my area. Don't buy this protection . You will be broke and stuck.

Useless

Have emailed and rang several times to try to get a part number for a wiper motor so that I can check used parts. Clearly my jeep dealer won't give it as they only want to sell new parts. Been onto Mopar and they keep coming back with same bull. Contact my local dealership. So my local dealership will sell me a used part Mopar? I think not. Useless

I would have given a zero rating but it…

I would have given a zero rating but it wasn’t an option.. We just purchased a 2023 Ram 1500 with the 3.6 Pentastar engine. I’ve been in contact with the service department for weeks and no return calls or resolution to the issue this truck has, so I called Mopar to see if they could help me with this! This guy could care less about my complaint. Told me to go to dealership and get a diagnostic test done. How many dealerships do I have to call to find someone that knows what is going on! 80 degree weather and on cold start(first one of the day) this engine revs to 1750 rpm for 30 seconds before it settles down to 1500 rpm. This engine is RACING and I am alarmed. What damage is going to happen when it is 20 degree Michigan winter..? The people Mopar puts on the line doesn’t have enough common sense to tie his shoes for Gods sake. All I wanted is a phone number for someone that’s seen this and knows how to fix it.. I couldn’t even get them to make a note connected to the VIN so if this engine fails after the warranty they will help me! Dude wasn’t interested in doing that for me! Not happy at all!!

Customer Service worse than Defective Hitch

The only thing worse than the defective Mopar 25K Fifth Wheel Hitch performance was the absolute joke of a customer service department that apparently is well-trained to string a customer along for such a period that they will hopefully, eventually give up due to the exorbitant about of time taken to resolve an issue. The delay tactics of transferring to other departments, holds of up to 53-minutes, and "we'll call you back", have become excruciatingly overwhelming. I will never buy another product, and wish I had not bought this one. This has been ongoing since JAN '23 when their defective hitch caused over $7K in damage to my truck.

Worst Company You Could Buy From... So Don't!

1.8 stars for this company is misleading. They deserve a zero! I would give a zero if I could. Terrible company with terrible customer service. I ordered a part that said "in stock". I paid to ship overnight. When it didn't ship within 24 hours, I messaged them via their contact form. It took them nearly 48 hours to respond stating their "shipping department was behind and it would ship in 24 hours". In other words... they're incompetent. Another 24 hours went by and still nothing, so I contact them again and ask what the heck is the deal. Then they respond with "item is out of stock, we are canceling and refunding your order". What a joke. This place needs to go out of business. Please do not buy from them! You are better off with eBay, Amazon, or just about anywhere other than this place.

I will never pay for this warranty…

I will never pay for this warranty again. They pay for nothing and it took months to get a reply. I never received documents on the case and never knew the case had been closed. There is no use of paying for a warranty that doesn’t cover anything.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. I attempted to purchase a new hub assembly and bolts. Paid almost 500 for the parts plus overnight shipping. It took them 2 weeks to ship something that was suppose to be overnighted. Told them to cancel it and had to find the parts elsewhere and spend more money. They sent it anyway took my money at the very beginning when I ordered. Refused the package, was never in my possession, once it had finally came after getting parts elsewhere. Been over a month and still haven't received my funds back. Giving another couple days before I get a hold of an attorney and file a lawsuit against them. Utterly ridiculous how they do business and surprised theure even still open. I'll never do business with them again. BEWARE if you do.
