I believe this business is closed

I believe this business is closed. No one answers the phone or emails and I can't get an order status. I hope they get the email I sent to cancel my order!

Scam company, wrong items!

Item sent was not even close to what I ordered, mispackaged! They would not allow an exchange for the item I ordered. Stated that because I opened the package it was not returnable. The package was not transparent, I had to open it to see it was wrong! This company is a scam!

False advertising

My Jeep had a Mopar battery inserted in my vehicle on 02/6/2021. On 03/10/2023, the battery failed, requiring replacement. The battery has printed on it "36-month free replacement." I went back to the dealer to have the part replaced, only to be advised that it would not be free. Upon hearing this, I contacted Mopar and was advised by customer service that the dead battery in my jeep would be reimbursed and that I just needed to submit a copy of my mechanics' receipt. Upon reviewing this information, I went to my local dealer and had the battery replaced. I submitted the paperwork to Mopar for reimbursement. After several weeks and not hearing anything, I contacted Mopar and was advised that the battery was only warranted for two years. I informed the representative that the battery stated "36-month free replacement" on it, and they refused to comment. I asked to be put in contact with a manager for further information and was denied. Mopar is falsely advertising this product and is not promising what is printed on the battery.

They offer 3 tires and the 4th is $1

They offer 3 tires and the 4th is $1. I selected the tires at one price and when got to the cart it was a higher price. They inflated prices. They came out they same. Research your local tire companies. the prices are so inflated that you wind up with the same or lesser prices to buy 4 from a local dealer. They aren't but should be ashamed.

Lifetime Warranty Cancelled? I'm Still Alive!

I am the holder of a Mopar Vehicle Protection Lifetime Maximum Care warranty that covers a 2012 Dodge Durango. It went into effect 3/22/2012. I paid a lot of money for it.

On February 27, I brought the Durango to Fort Collins (Colorado) Dodge with the engine making a strange sound. Diagnosis showed it was caused by a failing lifter. The proper repair is to replace the camshaft and all lifters. These are explicitly covered; in the policy, "Cylinder Block and all Internal Parts" applies.

The engine is not worn out and does not need to be replaced. It does not consume any more oil than it did when brand new. I am a "car guy" and have always been meticulous about maintenance, using only the best motor oil (Mobil 1 Synthetic).

It took more than a month (!) to get a response from Mopar Vehicle Protection. On March 28th, I was informed that the warranty was being "bought out" for the present value of the Durango - according to them, $8000. It would be worth more if Fort Collins Dodge had replaced my damaged center console as they had offered to do, and I had authorized, during a past service visit. Their failure to replace it then is negatively affecting the Durango's value now. It is otherwise in excellent condition.

I got a quote for replacing the camshaft and lifters from Fort Collins Dodge: $6400. That's a high price; entire rebuilt engines - "long blocks" - with a 5 year, unlimited mileage warranty, cost $3999 from Fraser Engines. Yet even without disputing the low estimate of my Durango's value or the high estimate to repair it, Mopar Vehicle Protection is obligated to cover the repair.

You see, Mopar Vehicle Protection is trying to use this clause to get out of the contract: "The maximum benefit amount ... will be THE TOTAL COST OF THE REPAIRS PER VISIT ... OR THE CASH VALUE OF THE VEHICLE, WHICHEVER IS LESS". The problem for them is, the total cost of the repairs doesn't exceed the value of the vehicle, even using their numbers.

Missing parts. Worse customer service.

We ordered $2k in parts on the official MOPAR.com website.
2 of the parts we paid for were not in stock so we had to purchase somewhere else.
One of the larger parts was missing from the package.
We emailed them but the person who responded the email said they personally put it in the package. But strangely it never arrived. This person would not give us a phone number to talk to anyone. Told us we should contact UPS, which obviously told us we needed to have the sender contact them. Now the MOPAR representative (Manuel Bermudez) won’t even reply or give us a phone number we could call to try to sort this out. What kind of business is this? why is it so sketchy? Why not provide a phone number? Why no replies?
On another hand; why do all parts say MADE IN CHINA?
Save yourselves a headache and purchase parts from somewhere else. This company is super SKETCHY.

Do not use the Mopar store uk

Do not use the Mopar store uk. I ordered a spare wheel and subsequently cancelled the order because they didn’t ship it on the day they said they would. They then charged my credit card and shipped the cancelled order. It has taken 2 months to get them to take the order back and re credit my money. Their customer service dept is rubbish, they do not help you and they do not ring you back. I had to threaten legal action to get anyone to listen and you are calling Italy every time you ring.

They do not honor warranties!

Do not trust their online store ! They do not honor their warranty! They sold me a defective piece . I had to pay hundreds of dollars in installation plus the piece itself. A couple weeks later we realized the piece was defective. The mopar keeps forwarding my claim to the "fulfilling dealership" which never replies nor picks up the phone! It has been 2 months I still have no resolution. Had to pay for another water pump and the hours of work again. The mopar will have a hundred excuses not to return the money for their defective pieces sold online. All they do is refer me to the "fulfilling dealership" and here is the stop sign. :-(

Great customer service

Very happy with my experience with Mopar.com
I had ordered some parts online and someone contacted me via email and asked some questions about my order and they saved me some money. The parts I ordered individually came in a kit I had no idea about and was cheaper than ordering them separately.
Thank you.
