Passmore was very helpful and always polite. Louis kept us updated with tge progress that was made and kept everything clean whilst he worked.
When we had a slight problem they was more than happy to fix it as soon as possible.

Fantastic wet room…
Due to our son being newly disabled his bathroom needed to be converted into a wet room suitable for wheelchair access. Daniel the lovely guy did all the work on his own from ripping out, widening the door which meant moving a wall , he tiled, laid the floor and did all the plumbing and plastering too. The only thing he had help with was the electrics. I can’t praise him enough for the fantastic transformation and the quality of his work. Passmores should be proud to have him representing the company. Also quick mention to Nigel who first came out to discuss the project with us. Thank you team

Excellent customer service
The excellent customer service pushed the score up from what would have been a 4.5 had that been possible. Right from the designer to the surveyor to the fitter and the Operations director, the customer service was first class, with all being very proactive and helpful. When we had concerns, they were addressed promptly and professionally, and notably when we highlighted some concerns with some elements of the finish of the job. In that case the Operations Director visited to review and agreed with all points raised, including a fairly significant design-related change that we wanted… and all concerns were addressed without challenge, and without additional cost, truly living up to their “100% Guarantee”.

New Bathroom…
Just had new bathroom and it looks stunning Mark and his team have done a faboulous job felt completly at ease leaving Mark with a key to come and go while i was at work, i came home each night everything left clean and tidy Mark kept me informed throughout and finished in the scheduled time given, first class job by a very genuine proffesional friendly man.

Main bathroom renovation
We have renovated our main bathroom with Passmore recently.
We had quotes from others who were cheaper, but we decided to pay more for a high level of quality, and we were not disappointed.
The job involved a full rip out of the old suite and installation of a fully tiled bathroom with integrated sink and toilet and a walk in shower. It looks amazing. The project was clear from the outset and very well run. Communication was excellent throughout.
The bathroom comes with a 3 year warranty as well, which shows the trust in the quality.
I highly recommend Passmore to anyone thinking of getting their bathroom done.

Simple job; tricky customers
We wanted to have a bath removed and a walk in shower installed. After consulting a number of firms we came across Passmore in Harrogate. The whole process has been carried through in a very professional way, from initial consultation to completion of the work we requested. We have been particularly impressed by Louis, our fitter, who not only works to a very high standard but also, and perhaps more importantly, is adaptable, thinks through the implications of what he's doing with imagination and sensitivity, and is prepared to fit in with the last minute requests of two occasionally picky customers.
We'd certainly recommend.

Exceptional service and quality👌
I sought a number of quotes but Passmore really stood out and kept their promises at every stage. Their expertise and skilled staff delivered the bathroom I always wanted, as well as far exceeding my expectations; the quality of workmanship throughout was excellent. Getting a new luxery bathroom is always going to be costly, but I feel I've got excellent value for money with the bathroom they've fitted, I couldn't be happier with the result and cannot thank Passmore enough for their excellent service and quality of work. 100% would recommend.

Emil the bathroom fitter was amazing
Emil the bathroom fitter was amazing, such a hard working guy, always polite, pleasant and respectful. Emil went above and beyond to get my bathroom finished. He worked all weekend and even the bank holiday. The work and adaptions are to a very high standard and I am very pleased with my new wet room. I would highly recommend this company. There was good communication throughout and all the staff were amazing. A definite 5 stars from me.

We found the company very efficient in…
We found the company very efficient in their communications and planning. We were told what would happen and when. James our Plummer was happy to answer any questions and tell us what he was doing and the order in which things would happen. We had occasion to call for help a couple of times, once for an adjustment and once for a lesson on using our new shower! All calls to the head office were answered promptly and help given if neccessary.
We were made to feel that we mattered.
