Updating shower room project went very smoothly. All Passmore team were great. Designer Gary had suggestions that really improved my initial plan. Joe did a great job of overseeing project, communications and keeping everything running smoothly. Danny did a brilliant job installing the shower room; he was a very considerate, tidy worker. All involved were very responsive to my requirements and patiently adapted whenever I changed my mind. Whole process was as stress-free as possible and finished result looks and works great.

Our 3 bathrooms
We had a great experience from start to finish.
Communication was excellent.
Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The fitters cracked on and no job was too small, after every visit they left the work areas clean and tidy.
Joe popped by on a number of occasions to oversee the works, also worked out a plan to get the rooms ready for Xmas which was achieved.

We can highly recommend them after 4 bathroom conversions in 2 houses.
We have used Passmores before to create a bathroom and utility room. This time they fitted a new shower room in an en suite. Lewis the plumber and fitter was punctual, polite and meticulous. All the work has been carried out to a very high standard.

Professional from start to finish.
All staff we dealt with, from visiting showroom, to having the finished bathroom reviewed, were friendly and professional throughout, explaining what they were doing, etc.
It was a pleasure having Zibby working in our house: he listened to our requests, offered advice and did an excellent job.
We are really pleased with the bathroom and have already recommended Passmore to some of our friends.

Bathroom to shower room renovation
We had our dated bathroom turned into a modern shower room by passmore fitter Damien. We are delighted with the finished product. Damien was such a hard worker, very skilled and professional. He sought our agreement throughout to make sure we were verz happy as the work progressed. I would highley reccommend passmore and their fitter Damien.

Wanted the bathroom converted to a shower room. Thought it would be a big deal but it wasn't. Staff were helpful and came up with some good ideas. Installation went smoothly and on time. Finished product exceeded expectation.

Project managed new bathroom Bo
The initial visit to Passmore showroom in Harrogate choosing the bathroom fitments and Andy providing a design was a very pleasant and helpful experience.
The fitters who carried out the work kept to the agreed schedule and worked very hard to transform our old bathroom into one which surpassed our expectation.
The standard of workmanship can only be described as excellent.
A special mention to Sarah in Customer Services for her helpful input

Everything went to plan from start to finish. Always kept informed about progress and Mario checked with us at every step to see our requirements were met, and that we were pleased with everything. Mario was always punctual and was constantly busy with things. We had a few visits from supervisors who checked everything was going to plan and we were happy with progress.
Very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend the company.

Angela took us through the vast range of options over several visits. Once we had made a decision we were kept informed of progress and a start date set. Adam turned up on time and the work was completed in just over a week. After a couple of showers we found that the screen was a bit too small and asked if it could be changed. This was our fault but it was changed quickly at a reasonable cost. Very pleased with the whole process.
