Bathroom transformed into light airy modern space
This is the second project with More Bathrooms. I am delighted by the transformation of my dated old family bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Thanks to Angela for the lovely design, Kirk for handling the electrics, Paul for excellent installation, Joe for responding quickly to all my questions. Very happy with the enhancements to my bathroom and en-suite despite some problems with the availability of the original tiles chosen, base units chosen and taps!!!

Good & bad elements to my installation.
This company has a local showroom to me & the sales staff there were good. I wanted to use a local company. They assessed the job & gave a price. They then used a self-employed fitter who was not local, but he arrived on the agreed date and did a good job. Communication whilst the job progressed wasn't great. The job took far less time than they originally assessed, which made me feel that I was probably overcharged. They were slow in collecting the packaging/waste products from outside my property too which isn't really on. When a job is completed the waste should leave the site at the same time. Nobody from the company visited to check on the work completed by the self-employed fitter, which surprised me a little.

An honest account of your experience with us and a few elements highlighted that we are going to investigate further, particularly, communication, waste and final inspection as all three points we do exercise, therefore need to understand why this wasn’t the case on this particular job. Although we do use a mix of self-employed contractors, and full time employed, the customer experience should not differ as the contact is with the company and we manage the job / experience from start to finish. Thank you again for your review, it is always good and of the upmost importance that we are made aware when process or service standards are not delivered so we can look to put provisions in place and understand reasons for. New en-suite bathroom
just had our en-suite completely replaced. We asked for Martin again because he’d done such a good job on our downstairs toilet last year. We’ve not been disappointed! Nothing is too much trouble, even when unexpected things are encountered like the walls not being straight! Saving up now for the family bathroom - will definitely be going to Passmore again. Their customer care and attention to detail are the most professional I’ve encountered anywhere.

En-suite bathrooms now an amazing space
There were a few little hiccups at the start and end of the works, however our fitter Charles dealt with all of them very professionally. He kept us informed all the way and nothing was too much trouble.
At the end of every day he cleaned up.
The bathroom is exactly what we wanted finished to a high standard. From the designer to fitter all were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Bathroom Everything We Hoped For
It is difficult to visualise the design of a bathroom yourself, but Angela who called at the property designed everything to our satisfaction. Joe the surveyor checked that it was all feasible. Mark, the plumber/fitter was the man who ensured that it all happened and I cannot praise his work enough If he encountered a problem (when is there not one) he rectifed it quickly and his work was top notch. It is refreshing to have a tradesman who takes great pride in his work..No breaks for lunch etc. just carried on until the work was finished. Even vacuuming for us at the end of the job. Thank You

Would recomend More Bathrooms to anyone
We found More Bathrooms to be a very friendly, professional and most of all a helpful company to deal with. From Gary Kirkbright -bathroom designer to Joe Lomax - surveyor, the service was first class. But I have to praise Chris Wood our plumber who went above and beyond. The bathroom in our bungalow had to be totally replumbed and the concrete floor dug up to sink the shower tray into the floor and the existing drain resited. The work was top class, and now we have a beautiful bathroom. Half way through the job a supplier sent the wrong shower boards but this was picked up by Chris and the right ones reordered. There was a delay but Chris made the time back. We expected the work to take 2 weeks but even with the order mix up it took 11 days.

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. All staff were friendly, informative and clear on what our options were. Great range of stock in the showroom to choose from. Mark did a phenomenal job! Always friendly and efficient as well as answering any questions we had about things. Over the moon! Would highly recommend.

Bathroom installation
Absolutely fantastic company to deal with from all the design details through to the installation. A lovely bunch of fitters, very polite and respectful of my property. My bathroom is stunning and I'm so happy with it, it definitely has the wow factor......not cheap but highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish
From start to finish, everyone at the company was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were very enthusiastic which helped us be excited for the project. Everything was explained very well to us so we knew what was happening every step of the way. They clearly take great pride in their work and our bathroom is incredible, better than we could have ever imagined.

Wetroom
We had our downstairs ensuite converted into a wetroom. Everyone we dealt with from the initial salesman to the project manager, the extremely skillful bathroom fitter and the final surveyer were professional and knowledgeable.
The process was well planned and ran to schedule. The final bill was exactly as per the quote.
