Accessible shower adaption
My sister had been awarded a grant adaptations from the council to fit an accessible shower.
Jordan from Passmoor came out to measure up and survey the bathroom.
Jordan showed us the samples for the flooring and wall boards so we could choose the colour scheme.
Jordan was helpful and understanding of my sisters needs.
The friendly and efficient office staff at Passmoor kept in touch each step of the way.
Glen was the person fitting the accessible shower, he was great at keeping my sister informed about the works, each day he would clean up and make sure she had access to the toilet at anytime during the day. He was understanding of the customers needs.
Glen was working constantly, he cleaned up and removed all the waste from the old bathroom.
Glen checked where the grab rails were to be and shower seat height, along with showing my sister how everything worked.
An electrician on one day fitted the shower electrics a new fan and new fittings for the light pull cord, shower pull cord and fan pull cord.
The flooring person came on another day working with Glen.
But other than that Glen worked alone doing the hard graft of this job.
Everyone we dealt with was very efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
A good experience overall the work took 8 days to complete.
Very happy with the result and service.

Great job done by a very efficient and polite young man. Dad really enjoying his new wet room, and Elliott even managed to get a five minute chat out of him ,(a minor miracle), would highly recommend this company.

The conversion of a bathroom to a shower room
The work was started on the 18 of September and finished on the 24 th. The builder Baz that built the shower room for us , worked really hard and explained as he went along the details of each stage , we are really pleased with the results and the hard work of Baz he worked none stop all the time , and when finished cleaned up and explained each part it the appliance, ( how to work it ect) love the results thankyou so much , I would definitely recommend your company

New WetRoom
We have just had our bathroom changed into a WetRoom with yourselves through a Council Grant.
From start to finish your service has been fantastic.
Jordan came to survey, answer any questions & brought samples of the tiles & flooring that was available to choose from. He was very knowledgeable & helpful & made the process very easy.
Our fitter Karl was absolutely amazing, if we could give him more than 5 stars we would do.
He is a credit to your company.
He went above & beyond while doing the job, fixing any problems that cropped up along the way.
Always friendly & polite & even rang me when he was stuck in traffic to say he would be arriving a little later than planned.
He cleaned up along the way & did a final big clean on finishing the job.
Having my new WetRoom means more than people would think, it's giving me my independence back.

Couldn’t ask for a better builder.
We had the pleasure of having Micheal Egan to install my bathroom for my Dad. Micheal has done an absolutely fantastic job in my bathroom. Throughout the whole process kept us updated with the transition of my bathroom. Micheal is very polite, patient, calm and kind gentleman. Even had a little blip and Micheal was quick to resolved the situation effectively and efficiently after having a chat with us and agreed. Micheal was always on time and can see has a big passion for his job hence my bathroom is absolutely amazing! Cannot thank Micheal and his team making this happen. An excellent job, carried out by very accomplished fitters. Attention to detail and helpful and willing to overcome problems which arose. Job was finished earlier than initially expected. Would definitely recommend. However, if there was a complaint it was that initial contact was poor and trying to get a commencement date was difficult.

From meeting the designer to the completion of the work we have received first class service .The finished product is very good and the person who undertook the job is one of the best installers I have ever used. The after sales service to correct any problems is first class.

More Ability Passmores Excellent Ensuite
More Ability Passmores fitted an ensuite for us and they provided an excellent service. The Receptionist, Laura, and Kate, Customer Service Assistant, were very easy to speak to and very helpful. Gary, the designer, did a good job. Paul, our fitter, was brilliant - a wonderful worker. The work took 10 days to complete, Paul started early in the morning and had a plan for the whole day. Equally Craig, who dealt with any snagging issues, was great - very thorough and very helpful. We are extremely pleased with the result – the Ensuite is both practical and looks very stylish.

A huge thanks to our installer. He was smashing and extremely patient with my Mum. She was sad to see him leave bless her. We were delighted with his work and I personally am so grateful that Mum was in safe and kind hands.
The finished result is beautiful.
