Very good service.

The chair was delivered on time very quickly. It was very easy to put together.
The quality was a little below what I expected (the padding on the arms not very good) also the slider for reclining when you try to keep it in the upright position and screw it to stay there doesn't lock it in place. Besides that it's OK

Very helpful on the phone when ordered. Arranged delivery efficiently. Only slight gripe that delivery man had to be prompted to put wheels on. Chair is very comfortable, and I have been sleeping well on it in the few days since I came out of hospital. The colour is true to the images. Altogether, a satisfied customer.

We had a complete satisfactory experience from the ordering, through to the delivery. We were updated on what stage the delivery was at. When it arrived, we were very pleased with the product.

Customer service was excellent, lovely comfortable chair which I believe is value for money, well made and finished to a high standard.
Only downside was the self assembly, instructions were vague and recommend your own tools as the ones that were provided are useless.

Suggestion: It would be a good idea to send some paperwork with the chair including the 5 year Guarantee agreement.
