Unbelievably efficient and effective customer service!

I decide that what I need for a forthcoming trip is a LowePro Flipside 400AW, ideally in green as the black looks yuck. I check the web where most people want not less than £89.99 for the black one, £10 more for the green one. PCWorld lists black only but has no stock. I phone Morris Photo after lunch on Monday and here's the transcript.
Me: Do you have the LowePro Flipside 400AW?
MP: (instantly) Do you want it in black or green?
Me: Well, green, if it doesn't cost any more
MP: We have that in stock, it's £89.00
Me: Great, I'll come an collect it (telling them I'm an hour away)
MP: We can ship it to you, free of charge, you'll have it first thing in the morning
Me: (stunned, I give address and CC details)
Tuesday 08:25 (I sign for it)
So that's Most efficient, Cheapest, Fastest - What more could you ask for?

Brilliant Service

I don't normally write reviews but I cannot say enough good words about Morris Photo...I Googled the bag I wanted to buy, Morris came up on the search and they had the best price. It was really easy to order and, when I needed to change the delivery method, they were available on the phone (in the UK), friendly and brilliantly helpful.
I would recommend them 100%.

Excellent service

I can't recommend this company enough. They went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied after having a problem with a product bought elsewhere. Will definitely be using them again.

Old fashioned service

Travelled for 3 hours after confirming a bag was in stock. Tried bag with lens & body. Browsed accessories - what a well stocked shop! Bought 4 packs of A3+ paper with a deal on the price. It's good to see old fashioned service is alive and kicking.

Thanks for letting us use the loo, too!

Why sell things you don't have in stock!

Placed an order at the weekend and paid for express delivery as the item was needed before Thursday. Hadn't had a despatch email by Tuesday so thought I give them a call. Was told sorry the item isn't in stock. Their website clearly still shows as 1-2 day delivery! Very disappointing and very poor customer service to not even let the customer know.

Excellent Service

A lovely company to deal with. My first order was for a Cokin accessory which I was having difficulty obtaining. They sorted me out over the phone and even reduced the price because the packaging was damaged. Delivery was prompt and the goods were fine.

I've just come off the phone after a long conversation in which they were able to sort out a suitable strap for me and assured me that if there is any problem they will sort it out promptly.

A family firm with a family feel!

GENUINE SERVICE STARTS WHEN THINGS GO WRONG

I ordered a flashgun from Morrisphoto which arrived very promptly, but alas it was for the wrong model of camera. When they were told they arranged for the marketing company to send me the correct model by special delivery and a courier company to collect the incorrect one; all in a day. No questions of waiting for the return, trust, inttegrity and service from first rate staff.
