I submitted a document needing urgent translation to multiple providers, Motaword was the only one that could complete it in time and their support was very responsive and helpful. The USCIS office accepted the certified translation. Will be a customer again.

The turnaround time was fantastic! I had a surgical consent document translated from English to Simplified Chinese and the person reading it had no complaints. I had the document back in less than 8 hours. I would highly recommend using them for any translation of documents needed. The process was so easy and the pricing was very reasonable. It helps to have the document in editable form like a word document to save money!

I was initially expecting translation and evaluation to take a lot of time, preparing for at least several days for each step. Instead it was done the next day.
Also good job on client support - professional and quick.
The only downside I faced is a bit jumpy auto locasisation of interface, but you can easily set needed locale manually anyway.

One small mistake in the translation but they corrected it immidiatly.
