I worked with MotaWord a couple of months ago and the translation was very fast and accurate. They claimed to be the "fastest business translation platform in the world" and proved that they are.

At first, I didn't get how AI project management works, but they explained everything with a demo call. AI takes the project, invites translators, and delivers it back. I'm not sure if it's 100% human translation, but the quality was way better than the quality that machine translation can provide.

MotaWord is fast and it doesn't get better than this if you need something translated rapidly and efficiently. You can entrust them with your documents and requirements and they will handle the rest. The fact that you can actively see the translation progress as the translators work on your documents is great!

When I made a research about MotaWord, I saw they identify themselves as a cloud-based, collaborative translation platform. In the beginning, this looked worrisome to me because multiple translators working simultaneously on the document in this system. This sparked a question mark on my head, but I was also in need of a translation for my documents asap. So I decided to give a try with them and they provided a really good service. The team was very interested in my speed problem, and I am very satisfied with the delivery speed and quality of the translation. I strongly recommend them.

I worked with Motaword a couple months ago to translate several reports. If you're looking to get translations done correctly and to a high standard, don't choose them. If you're not looking to deal with remarkably rude employees that not only refuse refunds but also have an attitude when you speak to them - perhaps because they are well aware of the low quality/rush work they produce? - don't choose them. We sent these translated versions of our reports to a valuable client and almost lost them as a client because most of the translations were, in our client's words, "unusable" and "terrible". The shoddy work cost us thousands of dollars in 1) our client's money, that they had to spend to get their work translated by a better service 2) our money, since we gave them a partial refund - we wanted to maintain a good relationship and maintain a high standard of work for our client. Very luckily, we didn't lose this client.

I spoke personally with the less-than-kind Motaword leadership team and in their words, the reason they wouldn't give a refund is that we owed them a chance to "fix their mistakes." Let's get a few things clear here.

1) If a company's final deliverables that they send you are to such a low standard that ENTIRE REPORTS are "unusable," can you really trust them to fix their mistakes and actually deliver good work after being given a second chance? No.
2) We were on a time crunch and needed the reports within a specific time frame. That is why we specified, when we made these orders with Motaword, when we needed them by. WE didn't have time after our due date to give them time to fix the bad translations - time which, of course, we in no way owed them.
2) We had native speakers (within and outside our company) analyze the reports and pinpoint errors and entire sections which made no sense, grammatically or contextually. Still did not result in a refund.

So if you need translated work that actually...translates, avoid Motaword at all costs.

MotaWord website claims to be " the world’s - - -, lowest cost, cloud-based, collaborative human translation platform" In my book, that is translated to "paying lowest and unprofessional rates to human translators.
I have not worked with them, and I will probably not be accepted with my professional and appropriate requested rates.

fast replies (unless it's a weekend), and fast service, usually will translate in less then 12h! when you write in the chat box, you get actual people responding and not a robot (i think), fair prices and trustworthy! totally recommend.

I have used MotaWord for a translation and it was only a few clicks to submit my document online. They were so quick and did my job. Loved the way they instantly start my project and tracking all the process.
