Freewing model got damaged during transport. Motion rc responded very fast and fixed the problem.

I recently had a minor problem with an item that I received. I contacted Motion by email and I had a reply straight back, requesting additional information and a photograph of my problem. This I did and I received a reply apologizing for my problem and a replacement was organized and dispatched. This took less than 24 hours, now that’s what I call service. Any time I contacted Motion for advice etc , I was treated with the greatest of respect and the staff were very supportive going out of their way to help. They are a credit to the company and the company deserves credit for their staff training. This is why I am a loyal customer and always will be. So a big thanks from me for all at Motion RC Eu

I order up some printed parts for my Freewing F4 Phantom, however upon receipt I notice that the box was damaged and the parts inside had been broken. I contacted Motion RC customer support and Jarrett was able to help you resolve the issue by replacing the parts without any hassle. First class service as always from Motion RC. Had a broken motor mount from the P51 old crow. No crash, but a factory fault. But.. i have the model a year and flown before so no warranty. Bad for a factory fault and did not expect this from MotionRC

Fast delivery and very easy to get after sales advice

I need spareparts for my Shrike glider from MotionRC.EU. It has been listed as "out of stock" for the last month. There is no information on expected delivery time.
This is not an acceptable service for an otherwise good RC airplane shop.

I have only ordered twice from Motion RC EU and both were a total success!
The web site is easy to understand and order from as well as have the stock available in real time.
First order was made with free shipping and it arrived as a clock at the 5 estimated days; second one was made with the cheapest shipping method as it was faster than the free option.... and even took a day less than estimated!
Only point Motion RC EU should check is the price differences between the quick and details views: I know they are already studying it and, perhaps a tip: I have notice the price difference seems to be equal to European V.A.T. tax (Quick views seems to be the price WITHOUT V.A.T. while detail views add that amount to the prices......)

One of the parts that I order for my RC helicopter was defect when tested it. The response on my email for this, was very fast. (next day) And they indicate some more info was needed. After provide the info, a new replacement part directly was send. I am very surprise by the fast and good handling on this defect part.
