Purchase of Motoairbag M1 on Motoblouz.
I am very satisfied with my purchase experience and happy to give this store 5 stars. The email communication was excellent from start to finish, and the team kept me informed about every step of the order process. The airbag arrived well-packaged, in perfect condition, and exactly as described.
A particularly pleasant surprise was the delivery time. When placing the order, the estimated delivery time was around one month, but the package arrived in just two weeks. Receiving it much sooner than expected was greatly appreciated.
My only criticism concerns the shipping. Even though the actual delivery was faster than estimated, two weeks still feels somewhat long for a shipment within the EU, especially considering how short the motorcycle season is. In addition, the €30 shipping fee seemed rather high for a product that already cost €470.
That said, the overall price was still better than what I could find elsewhere, and the excellent customer service, proactive communication, and smooth purchasing process more than made up for these minor drawbacks. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would gladly recommend this store to other riders.

Poor communication, massive delays and bad service
I placed my order on May 3rd, and it was supposed to arrive by May 16th. Customer service kept giving me completely different dates (first the 18th, then the 19th, and finally the 20th). There is zero internal planning, and their automated emails are extremely confusing. While the product itself is good and original, Motoblouz's logistics and false promises are highly unprofessional. Do not trust them if you need your gear urgently for a trip! Given all these delays and the stress caused right before my trip, a small compensation or a discount code as a gesture of goodwill would have been appropriate. Missed opportunity!

Ordered a KYT TT-REVO helmet
Ordered a KYT TT-REVO helmet, visor, and Pinlock from Motoblouz on March 14th. The order page showed a shipment date of May 19th and expected delivery on June 2nd, so I waited patiently for over two months with almost no updates.
Then on May 25th, I was suddenly told the helmet is actually out of stock and won’t be available until the end of August. What’s frustrating is that nobody informed me earlier, even though they clearly knew there was a stock issue.
Very disappointing communication and customer service experience. If an item is unavailable for months, customers should be informed much sooner instead of being left waiting with misleading shipping dates.
