I have been waiting for more than a month for my return to be processed and my refund to be issued.

The product was a Helite TURTLE 2 Black Motorcycle Airbag.

The package was handled by the company’s own shipping carrier, and I refused the delivery (wanted another vest), so the delay is completely outside of my control. Despite this, nothing has been resolved.

I have already opened two support tickets, but so far I have received no clear information and no refund. This is simply unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase their money for weeks because of internal logistics issues.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I bought another vest in a store, because this process here is still ongoing.

I ordered the Roof Boxxer 2 helmet in red and white along with the photochromic visor and it reached me in here in Singapore in pristine condition. This helmet is very unique and looks so beautiful. Duty and taxes was charged but was very reasonable. I highly recommend Motoblouz as they have a vast assortment of motorcycle gear.

Excellent, fast delivery, the product corresponds to the description. Only during shipping, the rim rubber was probably pressed with the glass, so the visor closes only with the pastment rubber. I hope that it has formed temporarily and will return to its position.
