Superb response from Motocaddy after I had ordered the wrong lithium battery for my M1 Series trolley.

Recently purchased new 2026 M7 GPS remote trolley £1400 flagship model.
Had to return it as firmware wouldn’t update. After it being back for 2 weeks my pro had to phone up to see what was going on at which point motocaddy fixed it and returned it.
So not a great start.
Onto the actual trolley now.
Played 4 rounds with it so far. Despite adjusting the wheels multiple times every round cannot get it close to travelling straight.
Remote control is awful - it uses a spongy click that you have to be bang on centre with your finger for it to work.
The battery indicator is worthless - walking up the first fairway for a second round and the battery display was changing every 2 seconds showing between 92% and 13% and everything in between.
The hole display constantly needs to be manually adjusted as it can’t work out what hole you are on most of the time.
Last round I played I used my 15 year old clickgear trolley as it was less of a pain to use.
The only positive I can give is that it has a good range on the remote.
Probably one of the worst purchases I have ever made given the price.

I ordered some spare parts for my trolley. Having heard nothing for a considerable time I contacted Bethany in support. She has been extremely helpful getting updates and keeping me informed.

I’ve had my m5 gps for 2 months now I paid a little under £1000 , from unboxing the battery indicator has never worked after emailing customer support (still ongoing).
28v battery but needs setting at 26v on the screen???
An over the air update was sent from the USA (apparently) but never worked now motocaddy need it back presumably for some sort of repair which takes 3/4 weeks. I’ve asked for a replacement while in the repair shop or monetary compensation for hiring a trolley/buggy for which I play twice a week and got an email back which profusely refusing both. Please be aware if you are a potential buyer as to how many of these trolleys are with the retailer all boxed up and ready to sell which have not been updated as mine for sure was one. I’ve sent an email saying there response is not acceptable under the consumer rights act 2015 which states “a repair must be done without significant inconvenience “ . If it can’t be done by a traveling engineer I will be asking for a replacement or a refund..
I await a response to my last email.

We had a problem with our ex-display push trolley. I contacted Motocaddy to make a warranty claim. Their response promptly came early the next day and was brilliant. I would highly recommend.

I lost the main screw for my umbrella holder. I spoke to Zena who very kindly sent out another free of charge.
She actually sent it out twice as DHL did not deliver the first one, trusty Royal Mail delivered the second one.
Many thanks Zena

Motocaddy M7 GPS Remote. An essential item missing from the box, the stabiliser wheel. Disappointing but it happens. A measure of a reputable organisation is not just that errors happen but how they remedy them. In this case, Motocaddy have been well and truly measured and the results are not good. They sent me the wrong missing item so I still cannot use the trolley. To add insult to injury "I am prepared to place an order for the correct wheels at no additional cost to you". As if they are doing me a favour. Next, that item will take two days to arrive and, to quote Motocaddy, it will "hopefully arrive tomorrow".
Every day waiting has been a day I could not use what is a very expensive trolley.
A mistake of a purchase.

I purchased a .M3 pro trolley in January and the device holder sheared off during a game.
I spoke with Beth in customer services and she was extremely helpful and after sending her some pictures of the damage she agreed to send me a replacement free of charge. Super efficient and supportive.
Very much appreciated Beth! - a credit to Motocaddy. Thank you ⛳️🙏🏻

After initially having an issue with delivery to Northern Ireland (for reference expect up to 2 weeks delivery and not the 5-7days as stated on website)
Zena was excellent at resolving my issue, she was helpful, professional and polite. Most importantly she resolved my issue and kept in touch until my delivery was received.

After buying a new M5 GPS I inadvertently mailed my old Motocaddy trade in to Motocaddy instead of the retailer. I contacted Zena Ellon at Motocaddy and explained my error and asked if she could help me resolve my problem. To say that she was helpful would be a total understatement. Zena quickly tracked my old trolley and helped to forward it to its correct destination. I will be forever grateful for her speedy and effective service, she is a credit to Motocaddy and their services. BTW My new M5 is excellent and I’m going to name it Zena after the kind lady who helped me. Iain McKenzie Aberdeen.

Zena has made things easy.
Issue with my trolley. Contacted the help centre, Zena came back to me and organised a box to come to my house and collection the very next day.
Waiting to find out whether it can be fixed or replaced.
Really happy with the experience so far

Gerri was very quick to respond to my email and couldn’t have asked for anything more from her and the company. Great customer service!

I unfortunately bought a Motocaddy SE. The on indicator lights are the size of pin heads so you cant see clearly when they flash so you cant tell if the machine is on or off. The on off button is also the speed control so you go to adjust the speed touch the button and the thing turns off! There is no light to show the speed so you have to guess what is going to happen. This is so annoying, so frustrating, that it gets in your mind and golf goes out the window!!!!.
