had to pay at the door to UPS

to bad that i had to pay extra Euro 11,32 to UPS at delivery. i paid allready £22 in the order standard shipping!! :-(

Hi,

We do apologise but since Brexit this has been the law for the last few years when purchasing from the UK, Many countries now have customer Duties which is governed by them, this is not something that we can control.

Outstanding Customer Service

Contacted customer service with regard testing a rectifier they were extremely helpful and contacted there supplier. Subsequently my rectifier had a fault and order a new one which arrived quickly.

Ordered the parts that were not depicted in the photo.

Ordered the parts that clearly showed ZETTLER AZ973-1C-12DC4 relay boxes on their website photo. I received aftermarket versions. Wrote to Moto-Electric and they responded by stating they only do aftermarket products, not OEM, with a link to their 'About us page' that states this. Suggested I returned it with a note explaining my reasoning. No apology. No mention of postage refund. False advertising is prohibited under the Trading Regulations 2008.
