Had to return our motorhome for a couple little problems and was very happy with the service given to me’ Steve kept me up too date with the work progress being carried out
A very pleasant lounge area with lots of free hot and cold drinks available made the time pass quickly thank you to all involved

I just had a habitation check done on a Carado T459 that I purchased from Travelworld last year. Overall, I am very pleased with the standard of service from Steve Hodgkins. I dropped the motorhome in the previous afternoon and got the use of a courtesy car. I also asked if they could do the work as early as possible the following day as I had a long drive back to Scotland. I got a phone call from Steve at mid-day to say that the work was complete and I was on my way home by 2pm. They also addressed a couple of other minor issues that I had flagged up to them and returned the motorhome sparkling clean having washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior.

Our trip to travelworld was flawless steve from service gave us 1st class treatment and the van minor fault was sorted asap . on our way home early afternoon wife very happy as it gave us time for shopping 🛍 on the way home at Uttoxeter great service around thank you all at travelworld k & s Devey

What a lovely experience we had taking our motorhome to Travel World to have work done to it the whole experience with Hanna was first class ,attention to detail was amazing and very much appreciated, she kept us in touch with what was happening, having Hanna in the service department now is running 100% better she is a credit to Travel World , thank you Hanna for all your help …..

I've been getting my annual habitation check done here since importing a Hymer from Germany a few years back. Always helpful and friendly and a very secure site.

This time round Steve Hodgkins looked after me really well and everything was completed quickly and efficiently. Some good advice too about some new equipment I was looking for.

We love our Hymer ML-T580 4x4 and we return to Travelworld each year for its annual habitaion service, making the journey from Edinburgh rather than choosing somewhere closer to home because the service we receive is always first class. This year was no exception and Steve (Hodgkins) made us very welcome keeping us informed of progress. Importantly for us the team cracked on with the job following our 8am arrival and we were back on the road home just before 3pm. The loan vehicle meant we could do some Christmas shopping whilst we waited .. Top marks, Thank you.

A big thanks to Steve on service who made sure we weee looked after whilst on site and communicated in timely fashion with regards to where parts were up to.

Work completed on time, Steve service advisor very helpful & informative.

From the initial booking to final handover this was an excellent service from Steve Hodgkins and team. The spare parts were ordered and ready to fit at the service booking. The check-in and paperwork were clearly explained and the customer waiting lounge with WiFi and free coffee were welcome. The service was carried out on time and the complimentary wash and vac were a nice bonus. Very polite service with great facilities.

Took our Hymer MLT 580 4x4 to Travelworld for some recall work and warranty work. We were met by
Steve Hodgkins, the service manager, who carefully took down details of all the issues. He kept us informed of how work was progressing and on handing back the van went through everything that had been done.
Steve was professional, personable and nothing seemed like too much trouble.
I asked some questions about the battery system and he brought out Steve the head technician who was also brilliantly helpful.
Thank you for all your help and assistance making our visit to Travelworld an excellent experience.

Following our recent visit to Erwin Hymer Travelworld, 18 Nov 24, for some warranty repairs on our MoHo, I am happy to review and say that we had a great service from Steve Hodgkins, not only on the day, but also prior to the work being done with his efficient and regular updated communications via email and phone.

Had my MH habitation service today, Steve Hodkins checked the MH in for me and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. He kept me informed for any problems whist my MH was being serviced, he also made sure that my dog, Sophie, was well looked after as did the rest of the staff at Hymer, thanks Steve.

Great Service for a change! We travelled all the way down from Edinburgh for a so called recall “Heat Damage to pre fuse box” on the fuse box on our Mercedes Hymer BMC-T 690 in which we were told we HAD to go to a Hymer dealership to carry out the works and Stafford is our nearest dealership! We were met by Steve Hodgkins to hand over our keys and to discuss any concerns! He was an extremely attentive chap, who right away we felt was very professional, knowledgeable and approachable! He left us to chill upstairs until our van was ready, then came and got us and talked us through everything and helped us with some things we wanted to discuss, which was very helpful! He went out of his way to make sure everything was spot on and that we were entirely happy with everything before we left and that’s how the service should be from a prestigious company that Erwin Hymer are portraying themselves to be! You need more personalities like Steve Hodgkins! Because the service that we’ve had in the past has not been pleasant ones! But this was a very good one, thanks to Steve’s attentiveness and professionalism! Thank you Steve, keep it going.

This a review of our recent visit to Travelworld on 29/10/24 for a habitation check and a repair. This time, it was all orchestrated by Steve Hodgkins, who was like a breath of fresh air, from actually, remembering our conversations, prior to the job, calling me back when he said he would, recording the jobs to be completed, accurately! Prior to our visit, Which did not happen before Steve arrived!
The Spare Water Pump arrived the day we arrived home!
