Had a good experience selling a Vespa to Motor Trade Team. After completing their online form I had an initial call to discuss the scooter's condition and so forth. Then had a couple of days with communication problems as they couldn't get through to me. Eventually I got through to them and they made an offer close to my asking price - and in fact a little more than I expected - a genuinely fair offer. The completion was fantastic - a couple of days later driver Scott contacted me with plenty of notice, turned up on time and was extremely efficient. Inspected the bike and streamed video to the office to confirm condition, then transferred the payment to my bank, completed the DVLA transfer online, then loaded up the bike. Whole thing took about 45 minutes and Scott was friendly and got everything done with no fuss. A pleasure dealing with him and the company.

I contacted the company via the form and they contacted me promptly. Within 2 hours my pick up had been arranged. The guy was lovely. I became a little upset because of trauma I'd been through linked to motorbikes and talking about why I hadn't ridden it for a while made me emotional but Aaran (I think that's the spelling, he did tell me but I was upset so didn't really take it in) was lovely, very patient and understanding. The price they quoted changed when they arrived because of the condition of the bike, I had no idea it was in such bad condition so that was my fault. He talked me through why the price was reduced and pointed out bits on the bike that wouldn't have passed the mot then waited patiently while I contacted my partner to confirm the price was acceptable. He did all the paperwork in front of me and I had the email from dvla before he'd even left as I did they payment. Thank you for your patience and understanding. It was very much appreciated.

Having accepted the price for my bike, everything went smoothly, with timely emails & messages that clearly signposted the next steps & timescales. The 'collection team' contacted me with a collection date, that suited me. My bike was collected by Scott the following day. I received a couple of messages from Scott confirming the expected collection time - he arrived when I expected him to & we concluded the sale. Scott was courteous & chatty and everything went perfectly. Great service from everyone, thank you.
