Sold a runaround 125cc that had lasted many years of learning (!).

I had been trying to sell my bike for some time, and tried various 'we buy any vehicle's sites. I had got declined each time for various reasons without a visit.

Aaron called me and explained my bike had a stolen marker! I explained the situation and that it was recovered the same day by myself, and he gave great advice.

Once I had sorted the issue, I let him know, and he came down next day to look at my bike.

He gave me an honest price for an honest bike, there was no lure of a higher price before he had seen the bike. Sale took minutes with zero hassle.

Bit of false advertising going on.....'We buy any bike in any condition' is not a true statement is it?

Poor communication and they clearly can't be straight with you.

Unlike several other similar companies who didn't bother replying to me after I contacted them online, Motortradeteam immediately texted me and I was phoned shortly afterwards with a quote. Having accepted it I was contacted 24 hours before the planned collection to check it was convenient. Then I was contacted by Scott, the bike collector, an hour before he was due. He was very friendly, efficient and professional. The agreed cost was paid to me there and then with no quibbling. I was very impressed.

Collection service from Scott was great, really nice guy, bike was a bit seized, got it moving, loaded, sorted paperwork efficiently, chased office to get transfer payment processed, can’t fault.

Agreed price with Sarah who seemed great, nice chap came to pick up bike but only then did they find a discrepancy in the mileage on the bike which had happened many years before I owned it so wanted to negotiate a much lower price. I’d been absolutely honest all the way through and this has left a bad taste. The sale was not completed and the bike is back on eBay.
