Agreed a price for my scrap 125cc bike didn't have no communication so I sent my application again then was told someone will be in touch and received an email about the final steps , again no one rang ,so I got in touch again to be told there is no one to collect my bike that's in my area and better try someone else. If they don't want bikes that are scrap make people aware before

I had a very disappointing experience with Motor trade team.

From the outset, I was completely transparent about the condition of my Zontes GT125. I explained that there was an electrical issue and that the bike was below average condition. Based on that information, I received three separate phone calls to discuss and confirm the valuation. We eventually agreed on a collection price of £550.

After the price was agreed, I received yet another call to arrange collection. When the driver finally arrived to pick up the bike, he briefly looked it over and then reduced the agreed price by £150 on the spot, offering just £400 to take it away.

There was no new information given to them at collection that they weren’t already aware of. The condition and electrical problem had been clearly explained beforehand. Renegotiating the price at the point of collection felt unprofessional and unfair.

I declined the revised offer. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not the level of service I expected. I would not recommend based on my experience.
