I would never buy a car off this place

I would never buy a car off this place, take your money and then your done with

Customer service is terrible, bought my car and had 3 problems the company are yet to sort, even though I ring up nearly every week, my car also came with no charger, even came with a broken windscreen which they didn’t care to mention

Exceptional service

Phoned regarding a Mini Cooper. Spoke to Craig who was helpful, polite and very friendly. As I live in Kent he arranged for the car to be delivered. It was delivered at 7am from a really nice guy called Danny. Thank you so much.

Appalling service

I contacted the company by phone 2 times this week and was promised that they would send a video of the car to me. I contacted them a second time asking them why the never sent the video but was assured by the second person that he would send it by email. Like the first salesman, he never sent it either. Why can’t they tell the truth instead of lying to you. I then contacted the after hrs mobile number they provided and sent a text informing them of the above and asked again to send a video of the car which I intended to buy. This was not even responded to and again ignored. After this, I gave up. If this is the way they treat potential buyers, I dread to think how they respond if you ever have problems with their cars. This must be the most unprofessional garage I have dealt with to date.
