I did the "North Wales and Caernarfon Castle Tour" in January and it was very well done. North Wales is as beautiful as I imagined, even in winter! Conwy is lovely.
Despite being the only person showing up for the tour, it did proceed. The driver/guide was very nice and accommodating (so sorry I have forgotten her name).

Mountain goat were really helpful in arranging a convenient pick up point. Our driver was excellent, pleasant and knowledgeable. Health issues make driving difficult now and it was so good to be able to enjoy the beauty of the area again. We had a wonderful day.

Very nice, unrushed day. Barry very knowledgeable and friendly. Several stops with sufficient time to look around.

Our Mountain Goat Tour, led by Barry, was fun from beginning to end. We saw Grassington, which is where All Creatures Great and Small is filmed — and was literally being filmed the day we toured! We also saw "Helen's house" and the church at Hubberholme where James and Helen were married. The scenery was spectacular, and Barry shared his knowledge of the area's flora and fauna. Couldn't have been better!

If you want to see Lake District in a day then I think this is the best way to do it ! The most knowledgeable guide/driver will safely take you around and show you the most beautiful sights with minimum walking required. Really a good tour and value for money.

What a day tour to North Wales with Mountain Goat !!! Money well spent. Mark, our driver and tour guide deserves 11 points out of 10 !!! He make the day so much enjoyable despite the heavy traffic we were in due to Bank Holiday Monday and the fantastic weather. Next time we will book with Mountain Goat again..... Hi from Vince and Zac in Malta.

We went from Manchester to North Wales! The tour was very well organised, I appreciated the fact the tour gave very clear instructions on the departure point. Our guide, Mark, was very knowledgeable, clean and a gem with his jokes. If I am in Cumbria county, I would suggest Mountain Goat for a great time tour!

We had an absolutely fabulous day out with Tony, our guide and driver. Tony was friendly with a wonderful sense of humour, he was very knowledgeable and very interesting to listen to. Tony’s driving skills were superb, especially since he’d never taken his test (his sense of humour!). Several times, when the road narrowed, all we could see was a drop and no tarmac, but we didn’t worry. The trip we went on was the Full Day:
High Adventure: Mountain Passes and Muncaster Castle. Worth every single penny. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our tour of the Dales with Bob. He was very knowledgeable & humorous. He was also an excellent driver down the narrow roads! I thought it was a good overview of the Dales with fit’s gorgeous scenery and the character & history of it’s people.

We had a wonderful experience with Mountain Goat Tours on their “All Creatures Great & Small” tour. We traveled in a comfortable Mercedes Sprinter van that held about 12 people, which made the experience feel personal and relaxed.
John was our tour guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed him. He shared so much interesting information about the Yorkshire Dales, the local villages, the filming locations, and the history of the area along the way. His knowledge and personality really added to the experience.
The tour lasted all day, but honestly, the day flew by because we were enjoying ourselves so much. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and visiting the filming locations from “All Creatures Great & Small” made the experience even more special.
This tour became one of the highlights of our trip to England, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who loves the show or simply wants to experience the beauty and charm of Yorkshire.
