JE Removals & Son are the most professional and careful team we have ever moved with. They protected furniture and carpets before they began loading their vans and did the same at the new property before unloading. The team themselves are really professional , polite, friendly and incredibly hard- working and patient. They often moved furniture if we changed our minds about where we wanted it to go. Their quote was the lowest out of several firms we got quotes from. They also dismantled and re- assembled bed frames and ensured the fridge freezer and washing machine were balanced on their legs properly to prevent rocking. We also had alot of garden furniture and plants in large pots which the team moved very carefully and placed exactly where we need them to. They worked in difficult weather and conditions, especially outside. Nothing was too much for them and they worked extremely hard, To sum up, JE Removals & Son made moving house a stress- free and calm experience for us. We would highly recommend them.

Where friendly and easy to deal with them.

Company does not actually do anything - other companies use this "Move Assured" registration to imply some sort of standard to their services, however when an issue is raised Move Assured do nothing. They also appear to operate without any policies or procedures as they were asked on multiple occasions to provide these regarding complaints and did not. Furthermore they ignore correspondence, it takes multiple email and phone call follow ups to get any interaction. Any issues raised with them or queries are met with "not within our remit". Don't be fooled by a company who has this as part of their selling strategy.
