Anything financial should be discussed with customer thoroughly. I was not notified that a hard inquiry would go against my credit, nor was i notified that i would have two separate payments. I was only notified of the ~$28 that i would be charged. Knowing this type of information would have allowed me to better understand and calculate my monthly expenses. This was an expense that I was not notified about during my call.

Everyone was super nice and very helpful. Took a lot of stress off of a new purchase and move.
Though my Move Concierge collected most of the utility information for my new house and saved me time in so doing, they promoted Choice Home Warranty insurance without explaining the actual criteria under which I could make a claim. I foolishly agreed to sign up for a policy with them. When a multi-thousand dollar plumbing disaster needed immediate resolution I called a well reviewed plumbing company which repaired my defective piping. Afterwards once I filed a claim with Choice they first tried to send a plumber of their own days after the claim was filed, and then once I had them on the phone to explain that I was seeking reimbursement they informed me that no reimbursement claims were covered under my policy. They are a pure scam service, and the fact that Move Concierge recommended them to me is contemptible. The services that Move Concierge does provide, only save you time. The home warranty insurance they then try to sell you is a scam. Would not recommend.

Jeanie was the employee I worked with at Move Concierge. She called many months in effort to connect utilities and internet. Home was being built and until after closing, there was not much we could do. I informed her of this and advised her I would contact her when closing is complete. Despite this, she did continue calling multiple times. As promised, once closed I did contact Jeanie. She informed me only one internet provider was available in the area I was moving, which was not my current provider. Jeanie set up new service provider. I paid for installation fee and another service charge, plus a back due bill I honestly forgot about, so total payment was around $460. Jeanie was unable to help with utilities set up as this county wants you to go personally to town hall to set it up. I then called my current internet provider to cancel service on my move date and they informed me they DO provide internet in my new location. Of course, I was shocked and at that time decided to keep my current internet provider. I then contacted Move Concierge as Jeanie was not answering phone or text messages. I was able to speak with another employee who said they will relay message to Jeanie. Jeanie then decides to text me minutes later instead of calling and ask if she could set up services at new address with current internet provider. I told her I already done so and would just need a refund from new service, which she said she would do. After days of receiving alerts from this new internet provider stating a technician is scheduled to come set up services, and days of me texting Jeanie for confirmation of canceling, I called new provider who informed me it was not canceled so I had to do so on my own. Jeanie did absolutely nothing to help me and only created problems. I would not recommend this company. They will ghost you when a problem occurs. Just set up your services yourself!

The initial contact was positive, and I was sold on the ability to utilize Move Concierge to assist with utilities. The representative assigned to handle my case assisted with internet. I expressed, multiple times, the critical nature of the equipment arriving to the property on 2/28; the day of closing as we would only have the weekend to install the internet along with other tasks. He assured me that it was a next day delivery, and it would be delivered. The next morning, 2/28, COX still showed the order in processing status. I reached out to my representative via text, email, and phone multiple times with no response. When I finally reached him, he said that on his end it shows it would be delivered and there was no way to change the delivery to customer pick up. He had no remorse, and no desire to assist in how to resolve this given he was aware of my ask that it was delivered ASAP. Understanding UPS would be delivering and that COX would not have a definitive time of delivery, I was assured it was a next day request yet as of the next day COX was still showing that they didn't even process the request, and UPS only having shown that a label was created but that they have not yet received the package for delivery, thus created my concern. When the representative continued to demonstrate zero interest or concern or ability to assist, I said thank you and hung up. I did respond to an email communication also sharing my displeasure directly with the individual as well as the insurance broker for which Move Concierge was offered through. No response from the Move Concierge representative.
It was helpful to have move concierge manage and set up my Internet for me. It was one less phone call I had to sit on and was a great help during this hectic time. I really liked they weren’t pushy sales people, but kindly reminded me when I forgot to get back to them, and also respected my schedule and called back when I asked. Selfishly, it would be nice to have more services available that they helped with.
Thank you Frankie Arthur for turning us on to Move Concierge. We haven't relocated yet and I wanted to be sure the utilities were turned on and everything was ready for our arrival. Samantha Paradise did an awesome job of going through everything that needed to be set up and her assistants Jericho and Jessica followed up to be sure all was well. Thanks to your whole team it was a painless process!!
Equipment (modem) was sent to my home on correct day. However equipment was not working. Spent two days trying to establish WiFi. Drove to store to get new modem, but still unable to establish WiFi. Drove back to store to report the issue. Unable to call store due to 1888 number with chat bot only. This was supposed to be an easy alternative to having a technician come to my home, but after 3 days of no WiFi, we are having to schedule a technician anyway. I would recommend that it would be simpler to arrange a technician rather than leaving the set up to the customer.

Very Professional and thorough, I really enjoyed the ease and convenience since I was out of state coordinating the move.
We were under the impression that this service would help transfer over utilities to our property after closing. Upon arriving to our new property, thinking we would have no issues, we arrived to no power or water. Being we are moving on a Saturday and have children, we are not able to get any of this resolved before the following Monday. The cold could cause our pipes to freeze, as it is January, and we are going to have to reschedule other installations that will cost us additional money. This is not what we thought this service would provide and now we are very much screwed. Extremely disappointed and wish we had never used this "service" to begin with. Just should do it yourself to ensure everything goes off without delays or issues.

The help with coordinating the closing and opening of utilities accounts was invaluable. I appreciated the prompt care and the attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend this service!
After a great initial consultation, we learned the only things they could handle were the security company and internet. Not their fault - the utilities required the applicant to set things up. Unfortunately, the info they gave us on the electric company was for the wrong power company. We had to do our own research.
We then found out that our initial security company choice that we selected with them wasn't actually available in our area. After that, we learned a day before move-in that they couldn't book internet either; we had to book it ourselves. Due to the late notice, though, we now have to wait a week after move-in.
The service is free...but you get what you pay for. We would have been better off doing it all ourselves...and would have had internet on move-in day, not a week later.
All questions were answered quickly and percisely, all recommendations were presented in a professional manner and laid out all pros and cons associated with each choice. No pressure used to steer decisions one way or the other.
They had options and met my needs to finding the right prices for my move.
