Quick, fast and easy!

It was a very smooth process. And coby was very knowledgeable on what services we would be needing

I have never had a less stressful experience with any company EVER! With in the hour, I heard from Michael and he was shopping for all the best service providers for me. Literally the same day I called I had everything set up for my move. AMAZING!!!!!! 10/10 Recommend.

It was a pleasure speaking with Ms. Sarah, she was very courteous and extremely helpful ! The utility concierge services made transferring my utilities stress free! 😊

Great service!! Nick was beyond helpful, patient, and friendly with figuring out what would work best with the utility’s of my new home! Being a first time home buyer, thinking about everything that had to be done or switched to my name was very overwhelming. Until my realtor told me this service was going to call me to help me with all that! Highly recommend! Hopefully you get Nick because he exceeded all of my expectations!!

One stop shop for all your services.
They were able to setup the appointments for getting my services activated and/or give me all the contact info I needed for the providers in my area. They also told me about special offers going on.

Did a great job expediting my modem from Xfinity. But I had to do all the other work to get the rest of my utilities established, including three hours with Xfinity to get my new internet service started. Glad it’s free.

Everyone I reached out to was very helpful pleasant. Made the transition fairly easy. Being new to the area they truly directed me to the utilities and other that I needed. And just made themselves available.

Made the process more complicated when it came to internet.

The water, trash, and electricity e-mail is very helpful - but having someone set up my internet on my behalf just made things more complicated. I never got a response back and had to call the internet provider twice to cancel. I’m still getting text messages about an upcoming installation. My concierge never answered my text messages. I am guessing that the account isn’t set up in my name so when I go to cancel, I’m not actually canceling anything. I wouldn’t use this service in the future.

Johnathan's help made our move easier! He took care of getting the services we needed at the best prices which allowed me to have more time to pack for the move.
