Bad shoes for the price

I recently purchased a pair of running shoes from this Danish brand and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.

I am an experienced runner and recently completed a half marathon without any major issues. However, after switching to these shoes, I started experiencing an intense burning sensation under the forefoot and midfoot after only 3 km. The pain was so strong that I had to stop, despite being physically capable of running much longer distances.

There were no blisters or visible irritation on my skin, which suggests the issue is related to the shoe’s structure, cushioning, or fit rather than simple friction. I gave them another chance on a different day and experienced the exact same burning sensation again.

What makes this even more frustrating is the price. At €180, I expected high-quality performance, proper cushioning, and comfort suitable for long-distance training. Instead, the shoes feel poorly suited for serious mileage and caused immediate discomfort.

For a brand positioning itself as a premium performance running shoe, this level of quality is simply not acceptable at this price point.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend these shoes for longer runs or marathon training.
