Mr Bee Removals Reviews 

On 31 May 2026, I used Mr Bee Removals for my move from Catford, South East London to Middlesbrough (North East, England) which is 5-6 hrs drive, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Before the move, I packed all of my belongings myself and had already dismantled my bed frame. The only furniture that required dismantling was a mirrored wardrobe, which the team handled for me and then reassembled at the new property. They also reassembled my bed upon arrival.

A special thank you to Chris and Matt, who were polite, friendly, professional, and hardworking throughout the entire day. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with great care, loaded everything efficiently, and completed the move without any issues.

Despite the long journey from London to Middlesbrough, they remained positive, helpful, and professional right through to the final item being unloaded and assembled.

I'd also like to thank John, who provided the quotation. I obtained several quotes from different removal companies, and Mr Bee Removals offered by far the best value for money. The quote was extremely competitive and significantly more affordable than many of the alternatives I received.

The communication from the team was excellent from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly throughout the booking process. I particularly appreciated the transparency around pricing, timings, payment arrangements, and what was included within the service.

Based on my experience, I would happily use Mr Bee Removals again for any future move and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and competitively priced removal company.

We used BEE Removals for our house move and they were great. They arrived promptly, they worked very hard to get the job done on an exceptionally hot day and got the job done well within the quoted time. They were professional and courteous which also helps. I would definitely recommend their service/ use them again.

They arrived stoned and told their manager we lived on the 10th floor - we live on the second. He called me, unprofessional and unpleasant, suggesting that I was lying because ‘his man was telling him 10th floor’. Because of us living on the 2nd floor (this had absolutely been specified through the booking platform) he charged us an extra £10 an hour. I saw here on trust pilot that he has done the same to others. Desperate to move, we accepted.

The men took an absolutely ridiculous amount of time moving our stuff. Two small bags at a time, trudging up and down the stairs at a snails pace. They continually left all our belongings in the open street unsupervised. It got to the point that I had to start running stuff down myself because it was just unacceptable.

When we were finally in the van they smoked another joint while we were driving to our destination. A 45minute drive took them 2.5 hours. Granted, there were diversions due to a protest, but he failed to follow any of them.

When we arrived, they were so slow at getting our things out and inside that we sent them on their way and had to carry the majority of the stuff up the stairs ourself.

The whole thing ended up costing us double, with us doing the work ourselves just to have it over and done.

Awful service, terrible experience, I have no doubt that this would be a common occurrence.

The team arrived on time, worked with us to identify the most efficient way to load the Luton vans and got cracking!

We used Mr Bee at quite short notice to move my two daughters to their new flat and I couldn't be happier. Communication was great from start to finish. The quote was very competitive and the removal guys were careful and efficient. The move into the flat became quite complicated and the guys took it in their stride and were very professional. 100% would recommend.

Mr Bee Removals was extremely professional, timely and thorough. The movers were careful with everything and adept at moving even big, unwieldy furniture. A bargain too. Highly recommend.

I had a really awful experience with Mr Bee Removals. Before the move, I specifically asked if they would provide boxes and was told yes. On the day, they turned up with no boxes at all, which meant I couldn’t move because I had nothing to pack my things in.

When I called, the man on the phone told me I needed to be understanding because they had a breakdown at 9am and had to replace the van. My move was booked for 12pm, so what upset me was that nobody told me beforehand that the boxes were no longer coming. If they had just let me know earlier, I could have at least tried to sort something out myself.

Instead of apologising, he was aggressive with me the whole call and kept telling me to be understanding, while showing no understanding for the situation they had put me in. When I eventually said I wanted to cancel, he told me I would not be getting a refund, said I could go to small claims court if I wanted it back, and then hung up on me. Really stressful and unprofessional from start to finish.

I would NOT recommend them at all cost.

Very clear communication and expert advice on size of vehicle which we booked a long Luton with tail lift for some heavy furniture intems .
We packed and bubble wrapped all our mirrors ourselves but the drivers expertly placed the goods and secured them with blankets and in transit cables .

I booked this team to move the contents of my one-bedroom property into a very small storage unit, and I honestly wasn’t sure it would all fit. I had everything wrapped and prepared in advance, but the way they loaded and organised the unit was seriously impressive.

They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and completed the job within the four-hour minimum booking window. Nothing felt rushed, and nothing was damaged. I was present the whole time and could see how methodical and respectful they were with my belongings.

It’s rare to find a team that is both hardworking and thoughtful about space optimisation. They made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and controlled. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We’ve used this removal company twice now and have been really impressed both times — we’ll likely be using them again very soon.

Bob was very easy to communicate with and kept everything clear throughout. They were also upfront about any fragile items that weren’t properly packed, but still handled them carefully and did a great job.

Mr B Removals were outstanding. They moved a very heavy item for me and sent three guys who didn’t miss a beat. They were punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would, and worked with real care and good humour throughout. All three were jolly, polite, and genuinely nice to deal with.

They collected the item for me in Wimbledon and brought it all the way over to Chingford, and even the lady on the Wimbledon side commented on how pleasant they were. Three great guys, excellent service, and I’d highly recommend them.

I found them very easy and reliable to deal with. My move was a small one, I rang for a quote and got one quickly and a short notice time arranged. The guys showed up on time, moved my furniture carefully packing and unpacking. They were both friendly. I paid the agreed amount at the end, and they reminded me I had already paid a deposit which I'd forgotten. I did read some adverse reviews after I'd booked them but this wasn't my experience. It was easy, stress free and efficient from start to end.

Don’t use their packing service and removal. We went for Mr Bee removal again after a positive experience in 2023 when they helped us move. That time the movers were really careful with all our things and therefore when we thought about moving this time we didn’t hesitate. But we were wrong, things did not go well this time. We chose to pack and move. Items were damaged, missing and that would have been ok if they had taken some accountability. We even gave the guys a big tip which we repent doing now! They were nice on the day and took our water bottles without permission, to be fair we said nothing cause it was a long day and we probably would have offered but it was a bit cheeky. After the move they didn’t finish assembling things and left things in the bubble wrap. We had to do everything ourselves and then discovered the missing items, and damaged items. I instantly wrote to see what the process was, sent a number of email following up till a month after our move. Some office people were surprised but all I got was a call to clarify one thing but no responsibility was taken: we now have to go out of pocket to get new items and parts. I was very disappointed as it seems it the draw of who you get on the day and all I can say is there was a massive difference in care in 2023. I know accidents happens but what makes me the most accept is the lack of accountability. We will never use again.

This was the best moving experience I've had. Communication prior to our move was seamless, with appropriate follow-up and confirmation the day before our removal. Our movers, Matt and Ley were on time, efficient, courteous, careful, and very pleasant as well! The original estimate was for 6 hours. They completed the job in 4 and we were only charged accordingly. I'd use them every time, no question.

My experience with Mr Bees Removals was very positive. The team arrived on time and efficiently dismantled our beds and wardrobe before loading everything into the van, completing this stage in two and a half hours.

We faced a three hour delay due to not receiving our keys on time, but the team were accommodating. They waited nearby at a café and reassured me to call as soon as the keys were ready.

Once I finally had the keys, they returned promptly, unloaded the van, and reassembled all the furniture within another two and a half hours.

Throughout the process, they were polite, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Mr Bees Removals and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
