Booking was easy, collaborative and smooth. The movers were hardworking, clever and conscientious. Highly recommended, though company should give movers better tools so they can work a bit faster and with less effort.

Outstanding service—twice now!

This was our second move with Mr Bee Removals, and once again they were superb. Ahmed and Meladh (hope I’ve spelled that right) showed up right on time, were friendly and professional, and somehow navigated an impossibly narrow road without a scratch on either house or any of our belongings.

They managed two full trips within the three-hour slot we’d booked, working quickly but carefully the entire time. Nothing was damaged, everything stayed on schedule, and the whole experience was stress-free.

We’re absolutely delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Bee Removals to anyone.

They agreed to help with my move very last minute, literally 2 hours before I had to leave my apartment. My driver David was the sweetest thing, super helpful and very understanding, communication was great with both the company and the driver. They did quote me 60/h but had to pay 65 though, not too sure why and called me a lot even when we were already communicating via text. But great experience overall!

Super, nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Arrived on time and got it done swiftly would recommend. Great price to no hassle.

Mr Bee Removals did the job to the letter without any surprises. They were considerate, arrived on time and met all expectations. I booked 2 people and a long wheel base and managed to move a large 2 bedroom house.

If I would do it again, I would recommend anyone to send a spreadsheet of items before booking anything as I only just managed to fit everything in and thought I would have room to spare. But all was good in the end.

Will very likely use Mr Bee again.

URGENT WARNING - Mr Bee removals are Thieves and potentially an organised crime gang - Please do not use this company. They send unskilled workers and minors to do the work. I booked them in a rush and their drivers stole all of my jewellery. They went through boxes, removed the jewellery and put the boxes back. When I contacted them to alert them they were not helpful. The man and child they sent not only stole from me but they also broke furniture. Please do not use this service. They advertise as a removal company that will come and carry all the boxes but they were also slow, obviously spending more time in the back of the van trying to see what to steal. My partner and I had to do all of the work. It has been stressful and upsetting.

WARNING - do not use this company. They are thieves. They send unskilled workers and minors (16 year old child) to do the work who speak little to no English making communication difficult. Their drivers stole my jewellery. When I contacted them to alert them they were not helpful and rude. The man and child they sent not only stole from me but they also broke furniture. Please do not use this service.

They broke our stuff and tried to hide it. We didn't notice until after they'd gone. They also stole valuables from us and overcharged us. Please avoid them. I'm not going to give the exact date we used their services because I'm genuinely scared of them showing up at our house. It was the two Romanian guys by the way, they seemed nice and we were very nice to them - even tipped them - but we've been made fools of

I ordered one man and a transit van after speaking with one employee, who told me because of the short distance (7 mins drive from one place to another), the van can take multiple trips to move my things (I had a brief discussion about my items and asked if it was okay before making the order 2 week before the date booked). The day arrived and they bought 2 men and a larger van (without letting me know, literally showed up). One man was complaining about it not being a 1 man job moving a unit that I had discussed prior and was again, told was okay to move separately from everything else (we helped him move the unit from the first location, but he did it all independently with a trolley the second time). He called his manager to complain, took pictures of my stuff WITHOUT consent and the condescending manager spoke to me on the phone saying I should have given a list of items (was not told about this prior) and how I needed to consider that my things could damage shock plates in the transit van. I had to agree to continue the job and we moved everything to the next property which took 2 1/2 hours (including standing in the rain for 45 mins dealing with the phone calls to the manager and the employee I initially spoke to) and they tried to charge me for 4 hours. I had to pay for the 2 men and medium van even though that is NOT what I asked for.

I used this company years ago when they first started out and did not have a problem. This company has gone downhill, with lack of communication between employees and its customers and literal SCAMMERS.

Very easy communication and very helpful staff. The removal happened smoothly and quickly. The service provided was excellent.

Absolutely ridiculous.

🚩1: I arranged a van the day before my move and was told my price would be £60ph, only to receive an email with the quote saying £65ph but it’s £5 difference so I ignored it. I told whoever I spoke to on the phone that my PA (adult social worker) would be paying and I’d even called her on my second phone so he could hear her. REMEMBER THIS PART. He said the total would be £225. No problemo. My booking was confirmed for a driver to arrive between 12 and 1pm.

🚩2: On the day of my removal (the following day) it’s coming up to 12:30 and nobody has said anything. I called their main number and the phone is just ringing…and ringing…AND RINGING. In the end I get a WhatsApp call at 13:33 from a Romanian man saying he’s on his way. Strange because that’s not the man I’d spoke to in the morning who said he’d be coming by 1?

🚩3: The Romanian guys show up and I’m confused because the original guy told me he was 15 minutes away. (Just a side note, the original guy was lovely and kept me updated on his whereabouts saying he was running 20 minutes late). The Romanian guys could just about speak English and I was trying to explain that I already had someone from the company on their way. One of them came upstairs and looked confused at the amount of stuff that was being moved. He kept on saying “everything??”. Well duh, why would you have that big van if it wasn’t everything? Anyway the other Romanian guys show called the manager and you see that manager? RUDE. Ruuuudeeee! He said “can you not see it says Mr Bee on the van? They’re from me. The other guys aren’t coming”. Well no sht Sherlock it’s in bright red writing. I explained the other guy was on his way so I’m confused and the Romanian guys that showed up don’t even know what they’re doing. They didn’t even know the postcode of my new home. I told him there was no need to be rude and he’s telling me not to panic…who was panicking?? I called the other guy saying his manager had cancelled and he was apologetic about the mishap even though it wasn’t his fault. How are your staff apologetic but you’re not?

🚩4: Both men smelt awful.

🚩5: The one who spoke better English out of the two was complaining about my front door not being able to stay open. What am I supposed to do about that? I thank God my male friend was there to help because it did speed up the job HOWEVER, that same one who spoke better English left his small friend and my friend to carry all the heavy stuff while he stayed downstairs by the van. He only started properly helping towards the end when it was just shoe boxes and bags, which he was just dashing. Handled with zero care. He tried to throw some banter here and there but he already done irritated me.

🚩6: We’ve arrived at the new place and things were going fine until the end. The same better English speaking guy came up to me and said “ok the payment now”…do you not have any decency to approach me properly? I told him I’m not paying which should have been passed on to him. I’m on the phone trying to sort out my gas and electric as it’s approaching 5pm and the companies were about to close and this man is following me while I’m on the phone. I’m trying to handle being in the phone to the gas company whilst calling my PA to call their manager to explain that she’s dealing with the payment. They had no respect for the fact I was overwhelmed. Just shoving the phone in my face to speak to his manager. The communication between the manager and his workers is absolute sht. In the end they got the message and began to leave.

🚩 7: I found £10 on the floor when they originally arrived which they saw me pick up and didn’t say a word. At the end of the move, the small one said to my friend he lost £10 so I just said I have it. I went to look for it and this boy is following me into every room looking in the bags. I told him to back tf up because he’s in my space. Over £10?! It’s never that deep. I couldn’t find it so I told him I left it in my jumper at the old flat and asked my friend to just transfer it to him. My friend transferred it and he was trying to say it didn’t go through which it did. In the end he said it did then left.

JUST WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE…

🚩8: I get a call from the guy I spoke to about the payment initially and he’s telling me because it’s the council paying for the move it’s £90ph instead of £60ph…what? I told him I clearly explained my social worker was paying for it and he’d even heard her on the phone. She then spoke to them on the day of the move explaining they need to send an invoice. Why was this not mentioned in the quote? FURTHERMORE, why wasn’t it mentioned on the day of the move?? This company thinks they’re slick and can just get extra money out of you. You see a young woman moving alone, you saw baby items so you knew she had a baby and you think you can run her for her money? When the company is far from professional? Lost every part of your mind. Never agai

Good service very on point and on time will recommend it to a friend

Peter and the other young man that helped us move were amazing. They were early, packed everything carefully (l was even afraid we would run out of space) but they assured me it would be fine, moved us four hours away, unpacked and rebuilt beds all within the designated time frame.

They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly including taking extra care of my plants.
I appreciate all their hard work and would use this company again if I was to move.

MR beeeeeeeeeee is a joke. he threatened me with a CCJ. demanded more money than agreed. rude, full of threats and likes shouting. Is wasting his time with taking me to court. i like courts. he thinks everyone is scared of going to court and desperate to put a CCJ for his demand of unagreed charges. so far he is wasting time and money with court proceedings and i responded to the courts all the way through. i respond before the last 2 expiry dates of period given by courts in order to respect the courts, responding within time frame but making mr. bee wait longer and make him assume he is succeeding in causing a CCJ, MAKE HIM feel the same pain he causes to his customers. he does not know this can take 2 years before he is nearer to causing a CCJ. he desperately ordered the courts to put a CCJ to my file. sadly the courts do not act like that. they look at both sides of the story and these are UK LAWS, not NIGERIA LAWS where threats may work. try hard. Anyone suffering same problem of scam by mr bee please learn to dispute it and keep documentary evidence and when talking over the phone, learn to record him and his rude employees but do nor let him aware. then use that as evidence
