Really good service, punctual, polite and efficient guys. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company came to collect a sofa that I was selling. The men who picked it up were extremely careless and made MASSIVE scratches on my floor, which I had just had sanded a few weeks before. I contacted them to ask if there was any compensation or insurance to cover this, but they have completely ghosted me despite my repeated attempts to reach out to them, which is a sign they either don't have the proper insurance (red flag) or they simply don't care. Personally I would avoid this company at all costs.

Editing now that Mr Bee Removals have responded to my review:

"Nobody ghosted you": Lie #1. I got in touch with them, they initially responded to ask what the address of the booking was and, after I told them, they never responded, despite me emailing them multiple times.

"You had two men that did move just one small sofa": Lie #2. There were three men and the sofa was a large three-seater sofa.

"They pointed this scratch to you from the beginning, they never dragged it": Lie #3. There was absolutely no scratch before, in fact we had JUST had the floors sanded. Absolutely no one pointed out anything and they absolutely dragged the sofa and caused three separate scratches.

Either Mr. Bee Removals is the kind of company that deals with these mistakes by just lying through their teeth, or they are confusing us with some other customer. I honestly don't know which is worse.

People listen up, them reviews in which people are telling you to avoid this company, listen to it. I decided to ignore and go ahead and in hindsight there was a lot of red flags prior to the move! For instance everyone's name in the company starts with "J" and all the men sound the same, should have put 2+2 together that it's the same people pretending to be other people. There was an agreed cost prior to my move, then when everything was completed, they decided to add an extra £155 out of nowhere. Management told 2 men not to leave my house even though I am a single mum of 2 young kids under 4. And then they blocked my number. Had to call the police and it ultimately scared them away. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM PEOPLE BE WARNED. The movers even told us this is a regular occurrance. The owner Bonat Dauda, incredibly disrespectful, I couldn't even get 5 words past him in the most nicely manner when I wanted to query the price increase. He shouted at me, immediately down the phone very aggressively whilst my kids could hear, it was absolutely terrifying. They are threatening to take me to court which I'm looking forward to actually, because not only will this dodgy company be clocked, they will be paying court fees for no reason and they need to understand how to communicate without threats and violence. THE OWNER BONAT DAUDA doesn't even have a LinkedIn account with a profile pic- fake! Additionally I'll be reporting them to the citizens advice bureau and to the business trading Ombudsman. If I could give -5 stars I would.

As for Mr Bee, you guys only respond to your negative feedback. If there's any more aggressiveness for no reason I'll add it to the file the police made when they came last night as I was scared for my safety. Because then ultimately when "you take me to court" I'll show them all the accumulated rude responses towards myself and others as evidence.

We moved last week and after reading some reviews we were a bit nervous . We didn’t need to be . Matt and Michael were amazing . They were quick but very professional and even did 2 journeys as we were moving local . They keep to their time and price and we didn’t have to pay any extra than what we were quoted . . . The ottoman bed was dismantled and reinstalled by them perfectly . Sean also was a good communicator and all in all it was spot on . We would definitely use this company again if needed and highly recommend this company to others. Thank you and well done to Matt, Michael and Sean and to all at mr ha removals

DO NOT BOOK THIS! AVOID! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I recently used Mr Bee Removals for my move and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. I spoke with 2 gentlemen on the phone (DAVID AND BOB- BONAT) and they were both EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. They shouted at me and even Hang up the phone on me!CUSTOMER SERVICE= ZERO.
Also during unloading, I noticed that the movers were not being careful with fragile items, particularly my 65-inch television. Despite explaining to them that the TV needed to be lifted from the bottom to avoid damaging the LED, they ignored my instructions and handled it incorrectly.
When I inspected my belongings afterward, I found that my TV was significantly damaged, and my portable fan also seemed to have been dropped or thrown, as it now has visible damage.
I expected professional handling and attention to instructions, especially with delicate items, but that was unfortunately not the case.

They do not take any responsibility or accountability if they damage something and even accused me of ruining it on purpose?! It doesn’t make sense why would I damage my own stuff! LIARS!!!!

The worst was that they were so aggressive and abusive verbally and I was honestly frightened by them all.

Also they overrun of 15 minutes and they charged me for a whole hour!

AVOID-AVOID-AVOID

I was a bit nervous about using this company, who had offered me a competitive removals quote from home to store. I had used a removals comparison site. I had also looked at some of the reviews below and in the first instance, because of some of the comments, decided not to use Mr B. However, I received a call from Seun who talked me through the reviews and their services and I decided to give them a go. I am very glad I did. Michael and Bola worked so very hard for four hours doing my move. They did not stop once. They were polite, friendly and careful with my stuff. Pricing was transparent. It was a really good move, done on time and I was very happy at the end. I would use them again moving back out of store. Thanks to Michael and Bola, as well as Seun.

Really happy with Mr Bee. Removal men were pleasant and efficient, working really hard whilst being careful and considerate of our belongings. Made the process so much easier. Extremely reasonable pricing. This is the 2nd time we have used the company in 5 years and would use again. Recommended to friends who have also used them and been extremely satisfied.

The operatives of this company steal valuables (including jewellery) from the boxes they transport. They take a detour between addresses to fish these out from their cargo. They take long breaks during the job to stretch the estimated time by over two hours. When they take balance payment at end of job, they also demand proof of payment of initial deposit: clearly a ploy to get sight of client bank details. They must fake their 5 star reviews. Response to complaint is highly aggressive. Dangerous people. Steer clear.

Very reliable and professional this is my second time using this service and they always deliver on their service. Polite and respectable. Very experienced as you can tell when moving furniture up two flights of stairs, dismantled and put furniture together and worked with speed and efficiency. Highly recommend never had a bad experience .

I am very pleased with Mr Bee Removal service. They were very professional in carrying out their job. Their staff are very focused, courteous and good time management. I recently used their service to move my properties from a second floor flat building. Their boys were fantastic. They work very diligently beyond expectations.

I didn’t even book this company - I got a quote from them, said I would be interested - heard nothing from them for over a month leading up to the move - no email receipt or invoice or written confirmation - nothing! Then on the day they turned up at 8am. I mistakenly thought they were the actual firm I had booked, who then turned up 30 minutes later. I tried to talk to the manager at the office who yelled and swore at me and ordered his driver to lock the van with some of my stuff in until i paid them in full. I even offered to just pay them for 1 hours work but they demanded it in full or wouldn’t unlock the van.

This is a highly immoral corrupt organisation. Please do yourself a favour and don’t use them.

If you want further evidence of what they are like - have a look at the way they respond to negative reviews on this site — immediately rude and defensive replies against each one star review that has been posted (oh, and now they have done the same with this one — and for the record, Mr Bee, in response to your question, I paid for the 4 hours in full because you instructed your drivers to lock the van and not give me my stuff unless I did this! I’m sure there is a law against what you did there.) Profoundly unprofessional in every way.

I was looking for a Man and a Van as I was moving and all my local Companies were expensive.
Mr Bee Removals were so helpful from the start and their price beat all the other Companies, they are based in Middlesex and were prepared to drive to Surrey at no extra cost and the 2 men who turned up were professional, helpful and friendly. They dismantled my bed and put it together at the other end and they went that extra mile for me which I was grateful for. I would highly recommend this Company and Seun who initially contacted me and made my move less stressful and kept me updated right up to the day I moved. So Thank You for a great experience from start to finish.

Had such a great experience when we used Mr Bee to move my daughter from London to Sheffield, great communication every step of the way and on the day of the move the team were some helpful, they literally went the extra mile to make sure everything was done 100% and that we were satisfied. Great all round service I highly recommend them.

With Mr. BEE REMOVALS, our move was timely and the movers were very efficient. We had a Sunday appointment and had booked an afternoon slot, but the movers called the day before moving day to suggest and earlier time, which we were able to accommodate. The team that moved us did so expertly and packed everything carefully and safely. They were able to assist with some disassembly-reassembly of some of our bulky furniture, too - this was included in the quote, which is calculated by the hour. For us, one Luton van was sufficient. We were moving from a first floor (no lift) to a ground floor at destination, and this was no problem for the two guys that came over. We have used this removals company previously, so we are repeat customers and we knew what to expect of their fine service. The price is right for the service they give.

Very nice hardworking team. Prompt and efficient. The price quoted was the best around town and l would definitely use them again. Well done guys considering the lift broke down on the 15th floor flat where l was moving
from. The guys were patient and considerate. Would recommend to friends and family.
