Thank you for taking care of me

I started this year using mr d for everything... And it has been the best experience, there were instances when i miss my orders and driver couldn't get hold of me, but mr d made sure i was happy with each and every problem i faced.....keep it up guys

Waited 5 business days for a refund

Waited 5 business days for a refund. On the 6th day I follow up they tell me my bank declined a refund. That's lies called my bank they advised they will never decline on a active account. Now they advise to wait another 5 business days.

Bad experience with Mr d

I made an order on the 11th of April and I haven't received the food. I then called to get my money back and requested a pay out but still even today I did not get that money back . Mr d , I need my money back. So disappointed.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred recently. On 11 April 2024 , I purchased bunnies chilli palace through Mr D, only to discover upon consumption that it was contaminated with worm and a bug whilst eatting which I sent a picture .

This unfortunate incident not only caused me physical discomfort but also significant inconvenience and distress. Despite reaching out to your customer service department immediately, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment of my complaint. As a result, I feel neglected and disregarded as a customer.

I want to emphasize the seriousness of this matter. Consuming contaminated food poses serious health risks, and the lack of response from your end is unacceptable. Additionally, the fact that my attempts to contact you have been futile is deeply concerning.

At this stage, I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and potential health risks caused by this incident. Furthermore, I believe it is imperative that your establishment takes steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. This may include reviewing your quality control measures and enhancing staff training to prevent similar occurrences.

I trust that you will take this matter seriously and respond promptly to address my concerns. I expect a resolution to be reached within 24hrs. Failure to do so may result in further action being taken to ensure that appropriate measures are implemented.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Order was stolen by driver.

Waited outside as i saw the driver was close, then suddenly got an 'Order delivered' notification. No call. Nothing. Driver either gave it to a completely random person, or took the food. No reply from support. No protocol in place to ensure its delivered to the right person. Some kind of confirmation code on delivery or something. My money was basically stolen by this company. Have been a loyal customer for so many years. That was the last straw.

I've ordered food at pnp through Mr D

I've ordered food at pnp through Mr D
The store accepted my order packed it and the driver even picked up the order. The driver then chatted with me and boom canceled saying it's not safe for him to deliver in my area . Mr D just say sorry after 3 days in a email. I would not recommend this delivery services. Why take my order if you not willing to deliver. Now I must wait 5 working days for my money. I'll rather recommend Uber eats they fast and friendly drivers. I can even pay cash if I don't have money in my account .

Dissapointed in MrD

Multiple times the driver delivered the wrong food to my house, friday i ordered KFC on the app with a Krusher, the driver handed me my things without the extras that i added and then i asked where my Krusher was, he said it's in the bag, i took the bag inside to open and see, there was no Krusher, as soon as i looked at the cameras, the guy was already long gone.

This is the worst delivery service if they drivers are not stealing people's change they service is pathetic their drivers are not trained at all for this work and their hire foreign nationals without working permits whom most do not even have papers to be in the country...we pay for they service and the delivery is very pathetic ...we have better food delivery services like Uber eats and bolt food id advise people to use those they are much safe to use

Delete Mr Delivery App

If you want trouble use this service. My son made an order and the delivery person called me instead. I explained to the delivery person that he was calling the wrong person and offered to give him the right number. He instead switched me off. The food was never delivered. The long and short of it all he (my son) deleted the app. He is now using the trusted method of collecting the food himself.

Multiple fraudulent actions on moms account for food being ordered and delivered to others unknown to her. Breach in security on the mr d app. Referred to bank to investigate. According to the bank many others have had a similar issue .Becareful :
