If I could give zero stars I would. Returned as too small for my dog and the quality is really poor. I bought better from Wilkinsons for less. Returned to Germany as requested, they sent it back to me. My dog has cancer, i wanted something quality. This is neither. I needed my money back to buy another, no refund and my return, Returned to myself. Awful service, awful quality. I bought another wile waiting....still waiting.

The quality of fabric and stuffing is…
The quality of fabric and stuffing is poor. My beagle will not stay on it. They will accept my return, but my problem is when they shipped it vacuum packed. They said if I could not vacuum pack it that I should ship it in s heavy sturdy box.
It will cost over $60 to ship it back to them. Think twice before you mske the purchase!!

Update: they have responded and have offered no solution to the problem. They have just stated they have taken a note of my disappointment and that they will raise the clarity of the returns process with the relevant team. No good for me now though.
Dont use this company.... If I could give it no stars I would.
They are not a UK company and when you try to return the purchase they give you an address in Germany and this is at your own cost. I wrongly assumed that because it was a .Co.uk email and website and a UK return address on the package it would be an easy return but I was so wrong. The products are no better than the cheap ones you can buy from TEMU.
No response from customer services when I emailed challenging them, says it all really!!

Puppy loves this bed!
I'm sitting in the floor beside puppy as he takes his first nap on Mr. fluffy cushion in stead of in the crate. He keeps opening an eye to make sure it's really happening. He obviously feels comfy and safe. Thanks for the great bed and helping to transition our 8 month old morkie to life beyond the crate.
The bed is beautiful, soft and a game changer!

Great company and item . I purchased the cool mat for my frenchie . I live in the uk and we’ve had a heatwave, the mat was down for a week before it was cool to lay on and yesterday he finally got it ! After much encouragement Buddy loves his new mat . Thank you so much ☺️

Sadly, Puggy doesn't use it
I was very hopeful this would help our pug at night as our bedroom is pretty hot, but unfortunately, she never sleeps on it. My husband and I, however, love it! When we're too hot, an arm or leg is moved to it, and voila, cooling relief!
Definitely we can feel it's cooler, so I'm not sure why Puggy hasn't taken to it. We're going to let the cat give it a try next.
Quality is very good.

Mr mcfluffy has done an incredible job to go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction .
3 years ago I was dissatisfied with my purchase and it was resolved until they went above and beyond to supply a much better version of the beds .
They run small so upsize for dogs that are not toy breeds or just bigger .
I truly appreciate how much you did when you didn’t have to . I will remember that way more than the other experience .

Upon checking, we can confirm that you did indeed order a Large size, and its dimensions are clearly stated on our website as 28 inches (70 cm). Please also note that the bed is vacuum-packed for shipping, so it may initially appear smaller than expected and may require some time to fully expand and regain its intended shape and size.
You can also verify that you received the correct size by checking the size label located on the bottom of the bed.
If you still believe you've received the wrong item or have any other concerns, please reply to our email with a few photos, and we'll be happy to look into it further.

i ordered a bed for my dog which at the time was poorly , the bed came it was far too smell i contacted fluffyfriends asked if i could return and order a bigger one , my dog ( brian ) had to be put to sleep as he was very very poorly .
i sent the bed back with royal mail , it's been a month still no refund i contacted the company and they said i now have to contact royal mail and sort this proble myself !!! i sent them the proof of receipt off royal mail but this did not matter they still wanted me to then chase up the bed which is still missing !!! absolutely shocking customer care would definitely not recommend this company , plus the bed was not as described , i also had to pay pay postage and packaging which was fare enough but this still made no difference as they say they had not received it !!!!! i wish i had kept the bed and given it to a dog shelter as mine had died then i had to endure this .

Fantastic customer service. I purchased a MrFluffy bed for my dog Benny a few months ago. He absolutely loves this bed. I noticed that the area where the head is elevated and meets the body was starting to tear. Shortly thereafter the seams in the body started separating. I sent an email with pictures. and their review team replaced the bed. Thank you so much for standing by your product. Benny, is again, a happy doggie.

Just like people, every dog has their own preferences, and unfortunately, that's something we can't control. Some dogs take to a cooling mat immediately, while others need a little time to get used to the different texture and feel.
A few things that may help are placing the mat where your dogs already like to rest, letting them explore it at their own pace without forcing them onto it, or placing a favourite toy or blanket nearby to help them associate it with a familiar spot.
We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback and hope they may still decide to give it a try over time.
Disappointing product!!!
The orthopaedic dog sofa is nothing like the quality of the blue one pictured!!! It was very expensive - I was hoping for something amazing for my dogs but it is definitely not worth the $234 I paid for it! Also, considering the hype and positive reviews written about it, it is rather flat and definitely not like the orthopaedic bed described!! If I had have seen the so- called orthopaedic bed in store- I definitely wouldn’t have wasted my money on it!!!
