Great prices, easy to book and even changing ticket dates is not expense.
I am very please with the whole service. I was a bit concerned when I first used Mr Jet but have always been happy as the online booking system is simple and well priced. I have used you many times and will continue to do so.
-One quick question:
I did not book a third piece of check in baggage but need to take a tripod separately as well as two other pieces of checking baggage.
-Can you tell me where or how I can please book an extra baggage item, please?

You confuse and deceive customers by making your prices appear cheap and then adding extra costs. Also, 30 euros for a case is a disgracefully exorbitant price. And how come you can pay in advance (and less) on some flights but not on others?

Your customer service helped me and my group of friends once, and since then I have always used your website, and will continue to do so.
Good customer service is hard to find these days but at mrjet its a given.
All my friends and family book via me, and I in turn book thru mrjet.

I am happily surprised with the level of service that I've been given.
Been helped by two of the operators in a team of 10 and both of
them displayed a fathomless sweetness in their approach by telephone communication. Also the patience displayed was something that surprised me; one would not expect this, in this
dynamic industry.
Their service has been both efficient and kind and their telephone
performance is absolutely outstanding. 'Toppers', that's the word.

Trustworthy and always giving you very good and fast service if you have any problems or want to reschedule.
(Not like other sites that gives you cheap prices and when you try to book the ticket is "sold out" and it's totally impossible to get hold of anyone.)
