Don’t look for anywhere else if you need floor work. Mr Sander team visited our place free of charge, they gave us a quote (no hidden fees or bullshit), the team arrived on time and finished the floor work with high quality in 3 days as they promised. I highly recommend

Alan and Alex are very professional and conscientious. They arrive on time and stay until they have achieved their goal for the day. They fitted engineered oak flooring to our hall, dining room and laundry rooms. The installation is excellent and has transformed the appearance of these spaces. Everyone who visits is very impressed so much so that a friend wants them to do the same work for him and Alex has already done the site survey. Highly recommended, do not hesitate to use them.

Arben and the team at Mr Sander did an absolutely fantastic job fixing some bad water damage to engineered wood floors in our rental property. They were quick, professional and friendly - would definitely use them again (in fact, we are going to very soon)!

Initially met with Danny (from Park Royal) to discuss the possibility of restoring our 20 year old engineered wood floor - over 70 sqm of it in three linked, but separate areas. He was brilliant - very professional, outlining all options (and potential risks given it was an engineered oak surface with some areas of wear & tear). The price was very fair and a start date was agreed. Contact in between was excellent. On the agreed date Danny came along with Stan who was going to undertake the work. All went extremely well - Stan is so conscientious, taking a real pride in his work. Danny called in at various stages across the 2 days to check on progress and liaise with Stan. One or two problems were overcome without fan-fare and the finished job looks absolutely fabulous. Would highly recommend Danny and Stan and the quality of the whole Mr Sander experience.

We are absolutely delighted with our newly renovated lounge floor. What a transformation! The staff at Mr Sander were helpful and supportive right from the first contact. Chris explained the entire process to us so we knew exactly what was going to happen. The job was completed in a couple of days. Our lounge has been transformed from a dark dungeon into a light, bright and beautiful place. The professionalism and expertise were 100%. We will definitely be using Mr Sander again for other rooms in our house.

I have had my floors sanded on two occasions by the incredible team at Mr Sander, lead by Taulant Blana (Tom as he is known to everyone) He and Fabio worked so hard to transform my dull floors into beautiful, natural looking ones. Even on dark rainy days my stunning floors make me feel like I'm living in the sunshine! I wanted a natural, chalky Scandanvian look throughout my apartment and Tom and the team went over and above to ensure they created this. I am beyond grateful to him for the creative care, attention to detail, and spectacular professional skills he gave my flat. Davey has done an incredible job restoring our battered Victorian floorboards, we couldn’t be more pleased with his work. The creaky, damaged and dark floorboards look light, new and inviting whilst still maintaining the character of the home. Davey was a pleasure to work with and was able to schedule around our timings when required. Oscar, at the office, was also a pleasure to deal with throughout and tried to do his best for us when it came to pricing and timings. Overall, very pleased with Mr Sander and would recommend Davey to anyone else looking for similar work in their home.

I had a great service from Mr Sander. They were able to send someone to do an inspection in the evening after normal working hours which was very convenient, and the contractor was able to start the job very quickly following inspection. We had an issue with a smoke detector being damaged due to the dust from sanding the floors and the customer service was excellent from Mr Sander in resolving this issue. Would recommend!

From the moment Tom walked into my house, I knew that I had the right person, and team, for the job.
A 2-3 week job was done in 9 days.
The attention to detail and finishing off wax superb.
They had 2 main challenges to overcome, fix the very creaky stairs and creaky floorboards all over the house.

The former was achieved with some painstaking investigation and opening up and pinning of the 6 turning stairs plus screwing all the other ones down.
Perfect.
The latter was achieved by careful selection of rockwool, 22mm sound proof chipboard, 5mm acoustic underlay and 20mm walnut engineered wood. Again, solid, soundproof and perfect.
It was a pleasure to have Tom and his team.

Davey from Mr Sander did an excellent job for my floor. My request was to have an old pub-style floor, Davey understood what I wanted and nailed it! I'm so happy with the result and would happily recommend their service. If I need more floor done in the future, Mr Sander will be my choice :)

We had Ismael come by on really short notice, and honestly, I’m blown away by how good the job looks. The attention to detail is unreal, and it’s clear he’s gone the extra mile. He kept checking in with us along the way to make sure we were completely happy with everything he was doing.

I had my floors sanded by Mr Sander and the whole experience was positive, from the initial quote visit, to the sanding experience and price. I asked lots of questions before deciding to put my trust in these guys & they were all patiently answered by Oscar. The people who carried out the sanding work - Vitor & Ismael - are a credit to the company. They were knowledgeable, diligent, hard working and courteous at all times. They regularly checked that I was happy with the work as it proceeded and the end result is fantastic. It was money well spent and I have no hesitation recommending this dynamic duo if you want your floors sanded.
