I can't speak highly enough of these guys. Obviously choosing and installing flooring is an expensive job, and one you want to get right. This company was recommended to us by a neighbour who'd also used them. They were incredibly attentive when we visited their showroom, helped us understand the various options and even how it would look with the rest of the kitchen and colour choices. After it was installed we were absolutely delighted with the results. And the aftercare has been fantastic. They even sent us a bottle of the correct treatment after a careless delivery driver scratched up the entrance hall. Thank you!

Great customer service from start to finish, whilst also providing very knowledgable advice. They held stock for us whilst the house 'completed', then delivered 75 sq m of engineered wood flooring on the day specified.

A special shout out for Harry who, against all odds, managed to achieve the impossible when a delivery mix up happened (outside their control), and it looked like our shipment was going to be delayed by at least one day. Harry still managed to get the timber flooring to us, on the day promised, going 'above and beyond' to achieve the delivery.

Harry and the team have been absolutely brilliant. Friendly, supportive, incredibly responsive and they pulled an absolute rabbit out of a hat by fulfilling our order on the same day after the delivery company messed up and sent it to London instead of Gloucestershire. Within five hours, they had 27 packs of wood at my front door. Absolute heroes, and I can't recommend them enough.
