I bought my Mr Site package at a great price about 5 years ago after a friend recommended it. I had wanted to set up a website despite having no web design experience and didn't know how to go about it. The beauty of Mr Site is that it allows beginners to web-design without needing programming skills etc. and allows one to produce professional looking sites yet then retain full control when things need updating. All this but with the reassuring back up of the Mr Site team at the end of the phone or an email - any queries or problems I've had have always been dealt with swiftly by them.

I recently upgraded my renewal package and it included a revamp of my site to ensure it was mobile-friendly and give it a fresh look at the same time for only a small additional cost. It was good value and the team exceded my expectations in terms of the speed, efficiency, and I was really pleased with the final look of the site as well as their excellent and helpful communication throughout. A really good web design kit. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to set up their own website but have no idea how to go about it.

I have just renewed my website with Mr Site for the 2nd year. I cannot recommend highly enough. The technical men are based in India yes but they are charming and VERY VERY helpful to say the least. Patience like no other. I am Scottish so there could be a problem with us understanding each other but there has never been a problem. I am not great on computer but they helped me step by step...NOTHING was too much trouble.Harman even emailed picture step by step how to do. I've had a website with Mr Site for several years. I chose it because it was recommended by someone in a shop (it was so long ago that I can't be more specific) It was so easy to use and the site was up an running immediately I pressed 'publish'. That particular site is for a charity that I'm associated with and I've had so much positive feedback on it. It's not just the content that I put in, it's ease of navigation that people like. I know that the website is capable of a lot more than I do with it, but I'm not awfully good at things like that so I keep it simple and everyone likes it.
I liked that website so much that I got another for my small business and again, it's easy to use and people like it. I really can't ask any more than that.
Whenever I've had problems the Mr Site support has been able to help me. Only once was I not particularly satisfied with the support which was long winded and complicated before we eventually worked out what to do. But I'm not going to bang on about that because nothing's perfect and the that one experience was atypical of the rest.
I would honestly recommend Mr Site to anyone like me who wants a good, affordable website that's easy to use.
A little while ago I was talking about websites to someone I met at a conference. I told her how good it was and it was only £50 a year. She looked horrified and said that hers was only £18. I had a look at hers and it really wasn't very good. Mine was better by far more than 32 quid's worth. AND for that £50 I've got a shop and I sell things! I've never had anyone say they can't work it out.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Site to anyone. :)

I have been with Mr Site for many years for the simple fact that their user interface is the easiest and most user friendly. Their great choice of templates was also a big seller for me to start with but what has really kept me loyal for years is their amazing customer service. I live in Australia and yet they still manage to reply to all my messages so quickly despite the time difference. They are always so helpful and professional, which is why I use them for many of my customers as well. I have recommended them to many clients and friends and all that have used them feel exactly the same. Did I mention they are also one of the most affordable? Big bonus!

Don't be fooled reading the product description. I purchased WIB for a owners club. Thd box it came in states 20 pages, the product description states 20 pages, but when I used the software only 5 pages are available. I was fobbed off with the online chat help feature and told to email. The response to the email was to ignore my evidence and restate that only 5 pages come with that package.
Will be going to trading standards. Not at all acceptable.

Spoke to one of their servicemen about a design for a client's website, charges came up to a shocking amount and the man over the phone was extremely rude when I baulked at the price, it seems their sales team are based in India and struggle with communication. I gave up after concluding their website examples don't look as great, I have decided to pay a private web designer at a much cheaper cost.

it made easier to build my online shop by myself. But 1 thing they got to improve is quick response from their support team.

I found Mr Site a dream to work with. After having a telephone consultation and describing my layout, the first draft was designed and sent to me. I was able to amend and test out before making minor changes and now it looks so good I keep having to pinch myself that it's for real. The team I worked with were a breeze. They were speedy to respond to my requests to amend and rejig things accordingly and the job was done quickly. It was such a pleasure to see the finished home page. If I am honest I have one slight disappointment in that I wasnt clear from the get go that potential customers would need to register first before shopping/paying because I do not get a guest feature with this package. I subsequently learned that the guest feature comes with a more expensive package.

Mr Site were fantastic partners from start to finish. They listened to my needs advised on the best way forward and produced the goods. Very pleased with the end product. Great start to my new business. Thank you!

The Kickstart service was great! We worked with the Mr.Site design team and they created a great website that achieved sales results almost immediately. They created a logo and gave our website a clean and professional look. The best thing is, we have control over the website and can make changes to it anytime as needed. Awesome!!

The process was problematic. Communication was hard unless of course you want to pay extra for phone calls, but if you could spend more, you wouldn't be using Mr Site, would you? The new platform is just as hard work as the old one. The design isn't great, but best of a bad job, and difficult to as things have been welded together such as a phone number in a picture, which I cannot change. All in all it was a waste of money, that I wish I have saved towards the cost of a profession web designer. The person I dealt with was very nice and did the best she could under the circumstances.
