Upon realising Mr T was on the outside…

Upon realising Mr T was on the outside bit of High Chelmer after 15 minutes, I finally walked in. The polite guy inspected my phone, told me it would take 30 minute...so I went off for a wonder and came back 30 minutes later... my iPhone 6 had a brand new LCD and screen! Simply amazing! So clever! Thank you 😊

Went there with my iPhone X not taking…

Went there with my iPhone X not taking charge and now working at all after I dropped and smashed the front glass. The guy on front advised me few possibilities he could try to fix the device. I was informed that if he couldn’t fix it I don’t have to Pay anything and even if it needed anything replaced he would inform me first and only replace if I agree. Left in capable hands of these guys as of my previous excellent experience with them. To my surprise after an hour I went in there and they were able to bring my phone back to life without replacing any part. As of me being loyal customer the guy on the front said I don’t need to pay anything. The screen was same cracked but phone was working fine. So I asked them to replace the screen for me which was at very reasonable cost. After a little while I collected my phone and am amazed that I have phone working and don’t need to buy new phone. Thank you MrT Staff. 100% recommended

Amazing Staff

Amazing Staff , Very professional Customer service. My repair done in 20min Screen. repair was done very good. staff was very friendly and comforting. 100% recommended good to know they do all sort of mobile devices and tablets and even laptop repairs. Excellent customer service
