Recently, I had a disappointing experience. About three hours after an oil change service, I noticed a large amount of engine oil leaking underneath my car. This issue had never occurred before receiving the service.

I immediately drove back to the branch where the service was performed and raised the issue. The staff promptly repaired the problem and even inspected the car with me to confirm that there were no more leaks after the repair.

However, on the second and third mornings after the service, I still found small amounts of engine oil leaking onto the ground. I have no idea what caused this issue. Since this problem didn’t exist before. I don’t what can I do…

Very helpful team, had an emergency flat tyre and not from the area so was unsure where to go. The staff at Mr Tyre were very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm completely clueless when it comes to cars. They sorted my car with a new tyre, experience was very positive and would highly recommend.

I had my 2nd MOT and 2nd full service with them. I'm quite pleased with the professionalism of the staff. I'll use them again. Normally you can't book service and MOT same day, but in both instance they've done them together same day, which makes sense as some service checks should be performed again in MOT. Saved me of another trip. After the first MOT they called and asked if they should fix the issues found and gave me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised that 2nd time it passed through MOT directly. The gentleman from reception is always very helpful

I’ve used this garage for the past 10 years with all my cars. They’re always great at explaining things simply and exactly what needs doing, why and how long you could safely wait if not doing the work immediately. As a young woman clueless with cars I can always trust what I’m being told and know I’m not going to be ripped off or upsold things I don’t need. Work has always been done in a timely manner too.
