Smooth easy transaction

They do what you would expect to do. Plus now they have next door neighbour competition it helps to keep them on thier toes. Mr tyre Aylestone staff also go out of thier way to help and ensure you go away happy even if the small details like spare wheel nut caps!!. Its these little details that make you wanna stick with them instead of going next door. Specialist tyres only 48hrs away from delivery . Good stuff.

Ok service but one thing I picked up on is that i wasnt allowed to pay over the phone when they know who they are talking too . But never mind. I will still use them . I think next i wish to deal with andy who was fantastic last time. He was amazing . I wish for andy to call me when he gets five minutes

Greeted warmly when entering reception.
Modern, spacious and clean large waiting room.
Car checked by a friendly mechanic, confirmed new tyre needed.
Unfortunately locking wheel nut missing so unable immediately to change but recommend somewhere I could take it that could help.
Returned later that afternoon and tyre changed, with added bonus, discount given as I am a Blue Light Card holder.
Highly recommended and will be using again ( in fact later in the week car booked for a MOT )

I’ve been using Mr Tyres for over a decade now for services, MOTs and various other jobs, and I’ve always been really happy with the service I receive. They’re always helpful, friendly and, importantly, they don’t try to rip you off with ridiculous prices. I’ve always found them honest, reliable and professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The staff always make you welcome. The office and seating area is clean and free of workshop smells.
