Nice place to visit

False promises with communication

Tyre changing went smoothly and overall good but they couldn't do wheel alignment due to some issue with the car.

Giving two stars due to lack of communication and false promises. I have kindly asked for a quote to fix this and was promised a call back the next day. Followed up with 3 separate calls over two weeks to try to understand what the problem was at all before going elsewhere. I was given excuses that the person is off today, or they will get back to me. Pointless promises, just let me know you don't want to work on this and I will happily take the issue elsewhere as long as I know what it is!
