Had both front tyres replaced with the usual dependable service, but the follow up E-mail suggested both off side tyres had been fitted. A quick visual inspection proved the job had been done correctly, but at my age I could live without life`s little mistakes.

You are made to feel welcome,and staff are willing to comprehend problems highlighted and quick to reassure custmer that they will sort the issues. Leaving the car to be serviced and customer would rather receive phone calls instead of text to collect car.some customer surely after leaving their car surely get involved with other commitments and easily forgot about car repairs.

I'm a 45 yr old male and a came like a demsel in distress. Customer service is second to none. I was in dire straits and the gentleman at this branch were awesome. Very polite, very friendly and extremely helpful. I'd recommend this branch to everyone and anyone. I can't say enough good things. Fast and efficient. Black and white. Straight forward. No messing about. I had a flat tyre and the guys changed it under 30 minutes.

Always helpful and reassuring. Had issue with rattling underneath my car. The staff find out what was the cause. Since they did not have the spare part ,he called the nearest branch which is only 10 minutes drive and the issue was sorted immediately
