Reasonable prices
Reasonable prices, but I won’t be returning to the Mr Tyres on Castle Boulevard. Service was slow, and they damaged my personal property by dumping a spare tyre on top of an expensive coat in my boot. To make matters worse, the older, bearded staff member was incredibly miserable and hostile toward me. It left a bad impression, and I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future

I had a misunderstanding with regards to a quote before. I must say Gary went above and beyond to showcase his personality and attention to detail to sort out any issues with my vehicle. The service excellence and going above and beyond for not just customer service, but super charged customer service of the highest order. The staff was very polite and very helpful. The tyres I bought was very competitively priced. I booked in for two new tyres, there was no waiting they was straight on to it fitting them. Will definitely use again.

Competetive pricing, A/C in reception
I was originally going to purcahse from blackcircles and have them fitted at Mr Tyre, but I was surprised to find the Tyres were the same price directly from Mr Tyre, and this enabled me to also take advantage of the Michelin cashback offer. I had 2 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tyres fitted to my cupra, I was in and out in 30 mins, and the staff were friendly and had A/C in the reception area, so waiting was nice and comfy. I will definitely be back again.

I highly recommend this car workshop. The customer service is very friendly and professional. The staff are knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to give sincere advice instead of suggesting unnecessary repairs.
