Welcoming, efficient and competitive price
Needed a new tyre which i booked online. Wasnt 100 percent sure which tyre needed changing as I was advised previously. Very welcoming and helpful. Sometimes as a female you can feel intimidated in some garages or riak of being scammed but qas treated with respect and was given a very efficient, welcoming service overall with a good competitive price

Great staff and service
Great staff and service. Booked in for MOT, failed and was notified what needed fixing. I got the car fixed and took it back in for a free retest a few days later. I wasn't there long, very fast service

backbox replacement
went in for a new backbox ended up paying for complete exhaust even though it was fine before they fitred backbox,which is also blowing and filled with silicone on 2 returns,still louder than my old backbox.made to feel like im lying about it,under warranty but wont go back il find another garage to sort it.

Thank you for your feedback.
When your vehicle came to us, the rear back box had failed and required replacement. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for other weakened components within an exhaust system to become apparent once a failed section has been replaced. In your case, the flexi section was found to have failed, which was unrelated to the work carried out on the back box.
Although the additional repair was not caused by our workmanship, we offered a substantial discount on the parts and labour to help minimise the unexpected cost.
Regarding your concerns about exhaust noise, new exhaust components are manufactured using seam-rolled joints and can sound different immediately after installation. It is normal for them to require a period of use for carbon deposits to build up within the system, allowing the exhaust note to settle.
We are sorry that you felt dissatisfied with your experience. We did carry out further inspections under warranty and made every effort to address your concerns.

Helpful, speedy tyre change
Been using Mr Tyre for years now & won't go anywhere else.
Quick and easy booking online for 2 new tyres. Turned up for the booked time & I the lads there are always quick to greet and get the cars turned around - my recent visit was no different.
