I ordered a tyre over the phone after discovering a puncture in one of the car’s tyres.
I was given a price and the new tyre was ordered. Unfortunately when it arrived and I called to collect it, the tyre did not match the other tyres in the vehicle, so it was a wasted journey for me to the tyre bay. The correct tyre was then ordered and I was told to expect a phone call the following morning.

No phone call was received by noon the following day, so I telephoned the tyre bay to check and the tyre had arrived earlier.

I made an appointment for that afternoon and the new tyre was fitted and put on the vehicle.

Excellent service from the Wolverhampton branch as always. Been going there for 15 years now and will continue to do so.

We always use Mr Tyre, as we find the centres very clean and tidy, the waiting area likewise, the staff are always friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

To book MOT and service was easy and quick to do. Kept to the time allotted. Explained what was needed to do to the car throughout the day and car was ready to pick back up same day. Would use them again.

I thought I was having 2 new brake pads and discs but when I look at the invoice I only have one brake pad and 2 discs.

Had a nail in tyre, called on the Wednesday but tyre had to be ordered, given appointment for the Friday. Friendly service, was even offered a cup of tea. Would definitely recommend

Have always used Mr Tyre, Wolverhampton as they are very reliable

Called up asking if they could take a look at my car. They told me to bring it in and they'd squeeze it in where they could. Once they had a look they called to let me know what was needed, all prices up front and once I gave them the go ahead, I had my cat back a few short hours later.

The staff are all super helpful - they explain things easily, they're honest and I'd recommend to everyone.
