After confirming multiple times the size of the item with photos and measurements by text and phone calls we had to move..........they "bailed" 1 hour AFTER the scheduled arrival claiming the truck was 5" too short???? W-T-F? Left us in a "lurch" at last minute trying to find someone else now. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID like the plague!

I have been using ms movers for my 6 th times now. They offer the best price in the market and they are the fastest and the most efficient company. They need to be directed once and they follow your rules. Genuinely great people that they really care about your precious belongings. I want wanted to take my time and say thanks for all the help.

MS Movers are every Home Stager's nightmare! They were completely unprepared, unprofessional and just outright rude! When they demanded more money after already paying what was agreed upon, I told them absolutely not! They dropped my furniture and accessories that it took them 2 hours to load out onto the street along with my assistant!!! A human being! Then they had the balls to send threatening text throught out the night . I would not recommend this company in any way shape or form.

Very good experience with this company. The removal guys were great, and went the extra mile where necessary. Definitely took a lot of the stress out of a stressful process. Would use again.

They do need to improve the front end of their processes (sales, booking, explaining the moving process, etc.) but that's probably as they are a relatively new company.

These guys are amazing. Gave me a competitive quote to move house. We required three vans, and on the day they turned up on time, 3 vans and 4 guys. All very professional and nothing was a problem. We had a very late key release on our new home, but this wasn't an issue for MS Movers. Once we received the keys MS Movers were ready to unload and placed all our belongings in the correct rooms and reassembled our furniture. The whole experience was easy with these guys and took great care.

MSMovers moved us from Dunstable to a Lancashire. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They coped with a short timescale for notification of completion as well as some heavy equipment and steps at the new property. They also did the packing which made the move a lot easier and I strongly recommend. Moving is stressful enough as it is!

Excellent service by ms movers despite it being a busy Easter weekend and a Saturday. Both Umar and Matt were thorough professional and took care of each and every furniture, box to make sure there is no damage. Got back with competitive quote and no hassle move. We used MS Movers to transport a load of fragile items from Milton Keynes to London. Very happy with the service - easy to make arrangements with, got back to me when I emailed, good price, pleasant to deal with, helpful workers. All went as arranged and according to plan.

I like to thanks your courteous service provided by your staff. We were very impressed by the care ms movers team gave to our furniture and other belonging during removal to our current address. We felt that service was on excellent standard. We will definitely use you guys again to move us aboard next year after retirement.

First class service all round from Ms Movers from the initial visit to our house to the completion of the move. Everything went to plan, very smooth, completely stress free on the day and the guys involved were a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone for a house removal. Price also very competitive.
