Great experience from start to finish. Zuzanna was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions quickly and clearly, which made the whole process very easy.

Delivery was handled by Rob and Patrick, who were professional, efficient, and took great care during the setup. Everything was done smoothly and with attention to detail.

I’m very happy with the service I received today. The delivery team, Adam and David, were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They carefully brought the sofa in, unpacked it, assembled it, and made sure everything was perfect.

They also took the time to clearly show me how to use the sofa and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Everything was done thoroughly and with great attention to detail.

Such a pleasant experience – I truly appreciate their positive attitude and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Dawid and Adam did a great job today.
They installed the new sofa in 15 minutes and removed all the boxes and debris from the living room. I'm very pleased and grateful for that. The sofa looks great and is firm.

Honestly can't fault our experience. Made the effort to visit the showroom, found a sofa we loved that was exactly what we were looking for after months of searching for a good price. Justyna O was very helpful throughout. Ordered the following day and sofa was delivered and assembled for us at the agreed time all within 7 days. Can't fault Msofas at all!

Adam and David delivered my sofa, it was a tight fit through small spaces, but they were knowledgable and efficient. They built it and showed me how to use the bed part, they removed all packaging and were very efficient and two really nice guys. Thank you both for stress free experience.
